Exceptional rental on Edisto
"The villa is wonderful, luxurious with great porches - views (depending on time of day) of deer and egret. The unit is amazingly quiet, despite the abutting second villa in the building. While the description portrays the kitchen as well stocked, I was truly impressed with the kitchen resources. Terrific seafood available close by to do a Low Country boil. Beaches on the Sound and the Atlantic with public access are only a few minutes away. All in all a lovely choice for an Edisto stay."

"You just don't want to leave! Our stay at Berry'd Treasure was amazing! Grab a cup of coffee and relax on one of the porches or stroll down to the floating dock. You will instantly lose track of time watching the painted buntings on the bird feeder or seeing the occasional dolphin swim through the tidal creek. A small walk to the beach and you can easily spend the day swimming or looking for shells. The house has all the comforts of home, books, games, puzzles and VHS and DVD players. You have so many places to sit and do a large group activity or break away and enjoy a smaller group or be in complete solitude. We played games with the kids and could still have our own time together. Then you end the day the way you started, substitute wine for coffee and find a spot to take in nature."

"This home was perfect for our family vacation that included my parents, their kids and grand kids. There was so much to do! We fished, crabbed and kayaked from the back dock. We walked to the beach 2-3 times a day for shell and shark tooth hunting. The pool was a huge hit! The teenagers never complained about being bored because even when it was raining out, the house was great for games. I think we turned on the TV once. We spent family time on the front porch every morning and every evening. The bedrooms were just right and having that many bathrooms was great for a large family. And, the owner was so patient with the 500 questions my family had in advance of the trip. However, the best part of the week was when my future son-in-law proposed to my daughter on the dock!
Edisto was great too. My favorite meal was at the Old Post Office but the SeaCow was a huge favorite, judging by how many times various family members went there for breakfast and lunch. It was nice to be so close to Charleston, making a day trip there so easy. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this house and our vacation!!"

"This property is in excellent condition with an open main floor plan and 3 ocean side bed rooms to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. We chose this place for the screen porch which is directly off the great room. An elevator covers all floors. Edisto is a quiet town with older buildings and family restaurants with good food. With so many features this place needs more than 7 photos posted. You will need specific instructions for the house sound system and a patch cord as we were disappointed not to have the music. Flat screen tv's are everywhere. Under the house they have an outdoor shower, fish cleaning station and parking for several cars."
