"Stayed here for nine nights with extended family. Owner was flexible as we were double booked accidentally for one night and needed to cancel two nights to be able to book elsewhere. Home is fitting for beach setting as nothing too fancy, but all furnishings fitting for a beachfront relaxed setting. Great being on the beach and so close within walking distance to many great restaurants. Was great looking out to the beach side of the ocean and had sunshine all day long. Very relaxing and would come back to this condo for another gathering if back in the area again. Pool was a bit cool, and a few unsupervised youngsters in their tweens were loud--but none stayed long as did not like the cool water. Pleasant, relaxing and a gem. We did some extensive cleaning before leaving as lost a puzzle piece--so our extra work is now for your enjoyment as place shined when we left."

"As we crossed the bridge onto Folly Beach, our 4-year-old granddaughter exclaimed the words above, plus "I told you we'd be back!" She and her brother recognize Unit 303 as our place at the beach. The pool is a favorite spot, and the beach is only steps away. We were surprised this year with new porch furniture and a single-serve coffee maker! Really nice. Thanks, Jim! The unit was a great home-away-from-home; we all hated to leave! We enjoyed the pier, the Charleston Aquarium, and Fort Sumter. It's our tradition to order Woody's pizza for the first evening, and we loved Roadside Seafood on another evening. Can't wait to return in 2016!"

"Can't brag enough about this humble little home-there is more character and charm tucked away in this beach house than in all the others up or down the beach from it. We had a great week, enjoyed the fresh seafood cooked right in our own kitchen as well as the local restaurants in town. I caught fish from the surf, listened to the rain at night, relished in the sound of the ocean and watched the sunrises with a cup of coffee every morning. I'm not embarrassed to say that my wife and I felt like kids again with our dogs picking up on the atmosphere, enjoying the long walks on the beach and to the marina. Butterflies stopped by in the backyard by the dozens. The birds visited their feeder from dawn till dusk. Thank you Rick and Lori for sharing this classic beach home with us. Again, it was truly a gift that we appreciate and that we hope to return to again."

"This oceanfront villa is wonderful! The decor is exquisite. I loved the artwork. The kitchen is fully equipped and very new appliances make food prep and clean up a breeze. The beds are dreamy comfort. The first floor location is great - no need to wait on the elevator. The view of the pool, ocean and the pier are unforgettable. Our family of five adults and a toddler were very well accommodated and loved our vacation in this villa. Folly is a wonderful old beach town with many fun restaurants and bars. We recommend Rita's, Lost Dog, and Taco Boy. A walk through Bert's Market is a must."
