"A great location just a couple block from 'downtown' Folly Beach. You can wander in to dine or carouse, although shopping is strictly beach-style trinkets. Charleston is only a short drive away for lots of history, sightseeing, and fine dining. (Although traffic can be "Ugh!") Condo has a great positioning on the first floor(not ground floor) with the balcony overlooking the beach. Just hop over the dunes (stairs are right there) and onto the sand. A very nice condo, with each bedroom having its own bath. Very nicely decorated and a fully equipped kitchen. Two parking spaces right underneath. Great for almost any kind of group. Easy checking and out. Would definitely do "Aristrocrats" again.
To get the extra 1/2 star: master bedroom dresser; all outlets (balcony) and lights working; lock (not stick) on balcony door; outdoor shower; and ESPN (a must have most anywhere)."

"The condo was very good. A few things would make it more convenient, such as bedside tables with lamps in all bedrooms. The location was excellent--beach on one side, the town of Folly on the other. Had beautiful weather, great food and a huge time. We will be back next year."

"We two families stayed at this home for three nights and really enjoyed the time there. Great locations near both beach and the river where we got ~50+ crabs, believe or not!! The house had all things needed and fishing stuff on the pier very handy. The only thing we felt would be better is to supply beding in future. The owner has been very helpful and answered my questions promptly before we were heading there. We liked it and definitely consider it for our next year vacation! Thanks, Todd."

"We had 5 adults and 2 dogs and the house was perfect. We all had our own personal space and enjoyed the porch and beach. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a great location to go into downtown Charleston to take tours. My husband and dad enjoyed fishing. The Angel Oak was a close drive as was Ambrose farm - an organic farm with pick your own strawberries (they have several veggies too)."
