"My husband and I spent a long weekend in Charleston celebrating my birthday. We truly enjoyed the condo. Location to the restaurants we visited were all within walking distance. Parking at condo was easy. Condo had everything we needed and was spacious with sliding door to outdoor deck."

"This condo is in a great location and has an amazing view from the balcony. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed in several places over the years at Folly and loved this location. It is an easy walk to the beach and all the restaurants/shops. The owner, Gail, is easy to work with and we will definitely rent this unit again!"

"We stayed in Unit A for 5 evenings, and we were absolutely in love with this place! This rental was so clean and just as portrayed in the pictures. Some reviewers for the Rutledge Ave. Inn have complained about the location, but we found the location to be great! This rental is far enough from the busy (and sometimes noisey) atmosphere of the main downtown area yet close enough to walk to all the great shopping and restaurants. We were in Charleston during a very hot period, so we did drive more often than we had hoped. If it weren't for the heat though, we would easily have been able to walk. The parking is tight, but we were just grateful to have designated parking off the street. Also, we were able to bring our dog with us, which made the trip even better for us. Overall, we will definitely stay here again in the future!"
