"We have stayed in this very pleasant condo multiple times over the past six years and have never been disappointed. On the rare occasion there was an issue, the owner handled it quickly and professionally. Every year there are nice updates. The views from the condo are relaxing and the option of exiting the unit from the back down to the beach is convenient. Though the location is in the center of things, the unit is quiet at night as we retire early. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. This is an ideal spot for a memorable family vacation."

"My husband and I are in Charleston for a month each summer and have stayed at the Rabb House for the last 4 years. It is a perfect spot located very close to numerous restaurants, shopping, bars, historic sites, etc. The house has a beautiful interior with the original wood floors and period decor. Parking is always an issue in Charleston but there is room for 2 cars in the private gated courtyard which is a bonus, however don't plan on driving much because with this location you walk everywhere! Also, it's one of the few properties which is pet friendly! The owner and the owner's family are wonderful people and we've gotten to know them somewhat - lovely family and such nice people. Pam, the house manager is also super nice, very accommodating and quick to respond to any need. Highly recommend this home!"

"Fourteen older folks came to Charleston/Isle of Palms area for Halloween. The well maintained home worked very well for us as it allowed all the different folks access. We had folks who could not climb stairs so the elevator was much used. It was an easy home to relax in and the kitchen was wonderful; well stocked and the eating areas easy to access. Some enjoyed the verandas and more active folks walked the beaches, etc. The bedrooms were top of the line with comfortable beds. The listing photos accurately reflect the property. We were out for sight seeing, history tours and plantations (do not miss the Angel Tree outside Charleston) in the day and totally enjoyed coming home to this home. The home can sleep 18, but two bedrooms are geared to young children with bunk beds. Older folks OK with the bottom bunks, but the top bunks are for the young ones. Our group would recommend this property which is excellent location and has excellent management."

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
We had a nice family weekend in Wild Dunes staying at Twin Oaks Lane 19. The property is located very conveniently within the resort and the view from the screened porch and outside deck was lovely. We arrived after office hours and our keys were waiting for us at Island Realty as promised. The rooms and furniture were relatively clean and comfortable but the house itself was not well maintained. The porch windows would not open - the handles came off in our hands or else they didn't connect with the mechanism to crank open the windows. There were ants in the kitchen and the toilet in the master bath made noise about every 15 minutes. The outside didn't look cared for with cobwebs near the front door and piles of lumber and broken hose in the garage area and back yard. There was also mildew on the bathroom ceiling outside of the master bath shower. We've stayed at Wild Dunes before and we would happily return but we were not impressed with this particular property. We didn't report any of the issues to the property manager during our stay since we were only going to be there for a few days. We enjoyed the beach, tennis and walking. As always, the area is great and we enjoyed some fantastic meals in Isle of Palms, Mt. Pleasant, and in Charleston. When we returned our keys at checkout (one of which didn't open the front door dead bolt) and explained it to the woman at the desk she seemed unconcerned. All of the other communication we had in making the reservation and arranging the late key pick up was very helpful and courteous. We hope that this information is useful to you. We felt it was important to answer your request for a review honestly."
