"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jerry's home on Kiawah Island. The home is beautiful with every amenity you could want on your vacation. Lots of space, plenty of room inside and on the screened porch to relax, along with a great sound system! A short walk to the beach, a wonderful pool at which to relax - it made for one of our more memorable vacations."

"Very nice and great location, quiet, roomy, well furnished and decorated and love the deck. Very quick and easy to get into town and beach. My only recommendation would be to provide bath/shower mats with the towels, or let guests know to bring. & kitchen trash bags. I would stay again and I would recommend."

"If its cheerful, bright photographs have caught your eye as you're searching for a vacation home, imagine how you'll feel staying in this "treehouse!" Every time I walked into this villa from one of our adventures, I couldn't help but smile! The owners are the most gracious hosts, and have thought of everything to make you feel comfortable, from books, DVDs, snacks, lovely smelling soaps and lotions to well-equipped laundry and kitchen areas. I appreciated how easy it was to contact them with any questions. This was my first vacation rental and I anticipated all sorts of problems, but this was truly easy. This was also our first visit to South Carolina and Kiawah Island. The island is lush and gorgeous and we enjoyed seeing it from our bikes and kayaks. The very short walk to the beach is quite scenic. One beautiful evening we even saw deer in the brush along the boardwalk. We were also happily surprised by how much we enjoyed the historical sights in Charleston, which is an easy drive from Kiawah. The owners supplied us with plenty of information about the sights and places to eat, and we followed many of their tips. We especially enjoyed the Yorktown Aircraft Carrier Museum, Fort Sumter and the Middleton Plantation. The crazy thing about this vacation for us was that neither of us golf, yet the island is promoted with golf as the main attraction. Don't let your lack of golfing plans deter you! There is plenty of inspiring things to do that do not involve aggravating little white balls! The villa was a memorable place to stay and I would go back to the "French Treehouse" and Kiawah Island without hesitation."

The perfect getaway if you think the Marriott is roughing it!
"Wonderful vacation! We have vacationed in Wild Dunes for the past 8 years, and stayed in this house for the past three. The house in clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The back porch is my families favorite place to gather. The home's location is perfect, my young teens can walk to everything. Beside a trip to the grocery store I never moved my car!
Swim, bike,golf...it is all here. Plus a home away from home when it's time to just relax!"
