"We stayed in this lovely home with two other families and our young children. It was absolutely perfect, clean, well maintained, and had a very nice floorplan that worked well for our multiple families. The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared many meals for our group with ease. A couple minor maintenance issues were addressed promptly by the rental company. We were a bit concerned about the pool based on the pictures because between us we have a number of small children and it did not appear to have a fence around it, but we were pleasantly surprised to see a nice secure fence all around the pool and deck area when we arrived. We all really enjoyed the pool. The house was an easy walk to the beach and the included golf cart was a nice bonus. We had a great time!"

"We had never visited this area before and could not have picked a better house. It was central to everything, not only in Isle of Palms, but in the surrounding area as well. We toured Charleston twice, went on a harbor cruise, and enjoyed the local restaurants. The house is clean and Lynn and Jason were easy to contact during the whole process. The rooftop deck is probably the best feature of the home. We sat up there quite a bit and one night we watched a storm in the distance and even on the hottest days it was breezy and comfortable. The house is within walking distance of Harris Teeter and a state store plus many bars and restaurants. The internet connection and air conditioning were both fantastic! We rented bikes for the week and the area is very bike friendly. The beach is within a short walking distance and very nice!"

"accommodations were excellent: very comfortable bed, all the essentials in the kitchen, beautiful morning view from the balcony, easy access to Charleston's haut cuisine, culture, and art. I enjoyed the elegant dining at Slightly North of Broad. A harbor boat cruise and a graveyard trek were delightful and spooky this time of year. Even the trash man sweeping out the dumpsters seemed to be having a nice day. I'm a photographer and a time-lapse evening at Sullivan's Island lighthouse began at Poe's Tavern. I hiked 12 miles after being ferried out to Bulls Island to commune with alligators, jungle, Spanish moss, and a world of birds of which Audubon would be jealous. I saw 2 eagles! Staying close to the VERY WIDE beach or venturing out into the Charleston environs, Summer House was the hub that made pleasant memories happen."

"we had a glorious week at Isle of Palms at Palmetto Dreams.. it was the perfect condo for our needs.. Thad was exceptionally helpful.. the condo is just like in the pictures.. it was great being on the first floor and just walking out the screened porch to the pool and beach.. the condo is well furnished and professionally decorated. Thad had sent us a list of restaurants in IOP, Sullivans Island, Mt Pleasant and Charleston.. so even though the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, we ate out most of the time.. we have rented thru VRBO many times and I have to say Thad was the best "landlord" ever.. He went above and beyond to make our stay a very memorable one.. If you want to rent a one bedroom condo in IOP, then this is the one.. Thank you Thad for everything.."
