"Our condo was just what we needed for our trip. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. It was clean and stocked with the basic needs for cooking meals in the kitchen and relaxing after days on the beach. Located on the same street as a few shops and about a block away from a full grocery story and laundromat. The drive to downtown Charleston only took about 20 minutes which goes fast looking at the scenery. Very satisfied!"

"My girlfriends and I just returned from a long weekend there, and it was great. There was plenty of room in the house and the pool was perfect with lots of chairs. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. I would recommend this house for a large group of friends or family."

Great Rental, Would Rent Again for Future Vacations
"My husband and I just spent a week at the IOP last week and stayed at this particular condo. We were very happy with this condo and would absolutely stay here again. Previously, we had only stayed in the Wild Dunes and I was a little worried about staying outside of the Wild Dunes Resort. However, this property met all our expectations. Parking was convenient, the condo was clean and well furnished/equipped, the owners were responsive and accommodating, the beach access was across the street and incredibly convenient. I read a number of reviews on this condo complex and the complex across the street and there seems to be a pretty big difference in experience by condo and how it is kept up. Tim and Kathy keep their condo in incredible shape and I felt completely at home. Highly recommended."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We enjoyed our beach vacation in May. The condo at Seascape had a wonderful view of the ocean. It is probably the closest we have ever stayed to the ocean that is classified oceanfront. That was our favorite part of being at Seascape 516. We enjoyed the two recliners, the places that we had dinner (Sullivan's, Restaurant at Marina). One problem was the traffic at dinner time on saturday. Our fellows were playing golf and the girls were supposed to meet them at Sullivans for dinner. There was such an extreme traffic jam coming from Wild Dunes that we finally texted them to go ahead and eat, and we ended up grabbing a sandwich from Subway. It took them about a long time to get back to the condo coming from Sullivan's Island."
