"Great location with beach access across the street. Park directly across the street wth bathroom facilities and swing set. Walking to resturants and stores ideal. Directly on corner as you come around the curve to IOP downtown. Kids enjoyed pool."

  • Perfect Weekend

"We rented this house to share with family and friends who were coming into town for a wedding. It fit our needs perfectly. It was able to accommodate everyone, even when friends came to visit, and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It's location to the beach, the pool, a well-equipped kitchen, and not being too far from the connector were big bonuses. I would definitely recommend this place to couples, friends, and families."

  • Christmas Vacation

"This property is very convenient to all that IOP has to offer. Palm Court is a dead end cul-de-sac just off Palm drive between 29th and 30th street. It is very convenient to the beach. Here's a summary of the property Great location on IOP Very clean on arrival Great kitchen and living area Great dining table - seats 10! Nice deck off living area Queen bedroom on second floor has a tremendous bath - a King size bed and a flat screen TV in this room and you may not leave it. The bedrooms are all very spacious! Lots of closets Some things to be aware of While you can see the ocean from the second floor deck and from the second floor bedroom, the views are limited. The kitchen windows do not have any window coverings and look directly into #3 Palm Court. The afternoon sun coming through these windows is very bright and I would imagine it's quite warm in the summer. The elevator light did not work which made trips in it interesting - thank goodness for cell phone lighting The cookware in the house really needs to be replaced Igniter on right front burner on gas stove clicks continuously Electronic ignition on outdoor grill did not work and left side burners would not ignite They have raccoon problem. On two or three separate occasions one or two raccoons visited the second floor deck. They also left a couple of calling cards on the steps and landing There are no instructions on how to run the TV or entertainment system. After a few tries a few college educated folks were able to figure it out. We never did get the CD tray to open, but were 2/3 getting bot the TV and DVD player to work. The hand mixer didn't work. I doubt we would have known this had we not been trying to make Christmas cookies. Probably a good idea to bring some pillows as those in two of the bedrooms have seen better days The bedroom on the second floor has the ocean view, great bath, lots of closets, very spacious. It needs better window coverings. If you are not an early riser you probably want to stay in one of the other bedrooms. All of the bedrooms and the downstairs living area would benefit from the addition of flat screen TV's and an improvement in overall TV reception. It's pretty poor in these rooms. The aspect ratio on the TV in the second floor living are needs to be adjusted as the top and bottom of the picture are being clipped."
