"Everything went swimmingly with our stay this weekend. There was more than enough room for the 10 of us, the rooftop widow's walk was amazing (both night and day), and the beach was the perfect distance away. Hope to come back and visit again soon. Thanks!"

"My husband and I spent an extended Memorial Day vacation and our only regret is we didn't stay longer at this amazing beach home. As nice as the pictures are they still don't do it complete justice. The owners provide discerning renters with everything you could want. From plush linens to top-of-the line fixtures, upbeat and tasteful decor throughout,a screened in porch (very rare in this area) to fast and reliable wi-fi and reading nooks and welcoming spaces to hang out. You leave refreshed and pampered.
The location on IOP is outstanding with a quick walk to an amazing club house on the beach. When we had more beach stuff with us we just drove over and thanks to the parking pass that came with the resort pass (provided with the rental) we parked mere feet from the clubhouse and beach. We ran every morning on the beach and took moonlit walks on this huge section of the beach. I was able to keep up with the office thanks to the wi-fi that also reached the porch. Breathing ocean air and hearing the waves does wonders for the creativity! The golf course is right there and the high elevation of the home literally give you a bird's eye view of the area. There is also a community pool that we never went to because the beach was so beautiful and enticing. The neighborhood is very quiet and calming.
The kitchen is great for making meals if you choose and the rooms are gorgeous and the mattresses feel like you are in a five-star hotel! Also, the layout of the house with three of the bedrooms downstairs creates additional privacy that practically begs you to take afternoon naps. Additionally the downstairs screened in porch adds to the privacy and retreat feeling of the home. There is a long driveway with covered parking. That along with the wide, landscaped cul-de-sac ensures plenty of parking for larger groups enjoying the home.
Arranging the rental was easy and efficient. The property manager was very helpful and promptly provided all we needed and helped us understand the resort so we could plan appropriately.
Oh and the house is immaculately clean which is mind boggling for a place that is a quick walk to the beach.
Without a single hesitation, I recommend renting this perfect beach house! The only challenge will be getting on the calendar so I also recommend booking as soon as you can!"

"We enjoyed our stay from 10/25/15-10/29/15. The check in process was very simple and smooth. The home is well maintained. We had six adult which consisted of two married couples and then my adult son and daughter. I gave my daughter the twin room and my son the sunroom upstairs. That worked well. We did not spend a lot of time at the house so the family area and kitchen were little used. They did seem well equipped. The beach is fairly close although we were not there in the beach season. There were very high tides and flooding all over Charleston but the property was unaffected. My only two concerns was that the gate that was by far the easiest to access going into the home closes at 5:00pm. This makes it necessary to enter through the main gate which is a ways in from the property. Some my find this added privacy a plus, not a negative. Also the only real flaw the home had was too little hot water. One shower would about do it and we would have to wait for more hot water. I don't know what the problem was with that. I would recommend this property for a group of no more then six adults or maybe two to four adults and children to equal eight. The family area is not big enough to accommodate more. If you have a group of about six it has plenty of sleeping and three bathrooms is a big plus. I would go back there again."
