beautiful tasty adventure!
"accommodations were excellent: very comfortable bed, all the essentials in the kitchen, beautiful morning view from the balcony, easy access to Charleston's haut cuisine, culture, and art. I enjoyed the elegant dining at Slightly North of Broad. A harbor boat cruise and a graveyard trek were delightful and spooky this time of year. Even the trash man sweeping out the dumpsters seemed to be having a nice day. I'm a photographer and a time-lapse evening at Sullivan's Island lighthouse began at Poe's Tavern. I hiked 12 miles after being ferried out to Bulls Island to commune with alligators, jungle, Spanish moss, and a world of birds of which Audubon would be jealous. I saw 2 eagles! Staying close to the VERY WIDE beach or venturing out into the Charleston environs, Summer House was the hub that made pleasant memories happen."

"Absolutely amazing. House was just perfect. Stunning, clean and great location. 2 min walk to beautiful beach. The rooms were spacious, and beautifully decorated. We spent our nights snuggling on the comfy couch in the living room and coffee in the morning in the sun room. The whole family thought this was the best vacation. Of course the area is just beautiful, but our stay at this amazing property made its perfect. We will definitely be back to the Charleston area and will make it a point to stay at this five star home."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Our family had a wonderful time at Grand Pavillion 41 in Wild Dunes. Enjoyed the pools, walking on the beach nearby, the Boardwalk and lovely vegetation and beautiful flowers. We had a great time in nearby Mt. Pleasant and Charleston with all the wonderful historical sites and the "low country" cuisine. Our house was roomy, convenient, great working kitchen, and wonderful porches. We would certainly recommend a vacation in Wild Dunes to anyone wishing to experience a home away from home but with great amenities and many things to do for all age groups. We enjoyed local restaurants, plantation tour, Patriot Point vessels, walking tour and horse pulled carriage tour, beautiful beaches, and a family member's wedding on the beach! A week in Paradise!"

"This was the perfect house for our family's weeklong stay in June 2015 when we were in the area for a wedding in Charleston. The Sunday arrival worked so well for our needs as we had family members arriving during the week. The house was so much nicer than the photos show and a brand new deck and screen porch have been recently completed adding to the living space. We remarked at the carefully designed floor plan as the bedrooms as so well spaced from each other. The location was convenient to the pool and the beach and the drive to Charleston was so easy.
Working with the owner was very positive for every aspect of planning and arrival at the home. Immediate response by Bythe was appreciated as the only thing missing upon our arrival was beach towels. After a quick call, a fresh set of new towels was delivered to the house! Thank you!
We all agreed that we would love to have another stay at 10 Lake Village Drive!"
