  • Great vacation rental

"We were a group of nine - five adults and four older teens. The house design provided all of us our own space and a great common area. This was just what our group needed. The house is charming and homey - totally comfortable and tasteful. It is indeed close to the beach and pool. We all did what we wanted to do, knowing the kids were safe and able to move about independently. The common area is great for games. The kitchen has EVERYTHING and again the design is amazing - would love to have taken the fridge home with me! Also, wanted to mention that Freshfields, the market on the island, is not astronomically priced - which is great, because "running to another market" is a real expedition! Loved it!"

  • Perfect vacation home

"We just returned from a wonderful week at Kiawah Island and stayed in this beautiful home! The home is beautiful, clean, spacious and close to the beach. We loved the screened in porch and spent much time there watching deer and listening to the birds. The owners were so kind and gracious and so helpful. They gave us many suggestions of things to do. I highly recommend this beautiful home on Kiawah Island!"

  • A Summer Paradise

"My husband, our two daughters, and my mother recently had the pleasure of staying in your condo at Kiawah Island last week. The decor was beautiful and the condo was stocked with every amenity imaginable. Having resort privileges was a big bonus. Our daughters, ages 3 and 5, especially enjoyed the waterpark and riding the complimentary shuttle bus each day. I would recommend this condo and a Kiawah Island vacation to anyone. My family looks forward to returning soon."

  • Family gathering

"We have been to Kiawah 3 times since one of our daughters moved to Charleston. This cottage was perfect for our family gathering. Although it is not a beach front home the location puts you an easy and enjoyable short walk to one of best stretches of the beach. Ward was very helpful and available and the cottage was comfortable and met all our needs. Thanks for sharing your home with us! PS London our golden retriever thought the beach was awesome! We will be back."
