"EVERYTHING was AWESOME. We are already planning our fall vacation here. Dina was lovely. She never failed to assist us in anything we needed. Thanks Dina!!! for helping us to have a wonderful 11th anniversary. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The natural scenes were quite tranquil and breathtaking. We saw an alligator the first day and the last day we saw one swimming in the lagoon. The porch reminded MCL of growing up in an old antebellum with the front porch swing. The kitchen is fantastic, more equipped than our own home. LOL. We will be back, soon."

"Our family of 5 (including a 19-year-old and 13-year-old twins), enjoyed our summer vacation at this villa. We have visited Kiawah many times, during many different seasons, and this was perhaps our most enjoyable trip yet! The villa itself is so welcoming the moment you walk in, with natural light streaming in the windows from across the lagoon. The colors and decor have a definite beach vibe, and the updated cabinetry and countertops add a touch of elegance. The kitchen is well-stocked, and includes some extras (griddle, crockpot, cookie sheets). Living room recliners are super-comfy, and the dock is a great place for morning coffee. We had the pleasure of entertaining a large alligator (approx. 9 ft. long) several evenings below the dock. There are ample backpack-style beach chairs for your use, although both of the umbrellas were broken when we arrived. There are also boogie boards, skim boards, beach toys, frisbees, and numerous other fun items in the hall closet for your use. The reading library is also great! The close proximity to Night Heron Park/Pool and the beach makes it a perfect location for families. We were able to enjoy a spectacular fireworks display on the Fourth, one from the Sanctuary and one from the park. The twins had a blast at Laser Tag in the park, and we could even sit on the dock and enjoy the live music from there as well. Carol was an absolute joy to work with, and so thoughtful in keeping us up-to-date, both before our vacation and during, about events going on on the island. I can't say enough good things about our visit; we will visit this villa again!"

"My wife and I just returned from our second trip to Tom and Kathleen's lovely paradise home on Kiawah Island. The weather was perfect and their home is just plain wonderful...the updated kitchen is very very nice the Keurig coffee pot is really cool...the alligator in the backyard is an excellent bonus and Kiawah beach is second to none. We really love this condo and are already planning to return next October if they will have us. Thanks Tom and Kathleen for the use of your home....see you next year....Ed and Marianne"

"We have stayed at Kiawah Island many times and have rented several houses and villas. This villa is right at the park and a short walking distance to the beach. The house is well equiped and clean. It was one of our favorites so far. The kids loved being so close to the park. Would highly recommend."
