  • Great location

"Location of this place was great. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Two bedrooms on main floor each had full bath. Two BR upstairs, the larger one had 3 twin beds and a queen with a full bath, smaller one just a bed. Plenty of space in the house. Decent sized porch and screened in porch as well. The grill itself probably needs some repair, we were a little concerned using it as it was pretty rusted out above the burners. Having the resort access was key, as we really liked using the Huron Park pool for the kids. Close to grocery, and about 10min to the Ocean Course. Would stay again."

  • Great stay on Kiawah!

"My friends and I had a great time staying at this property! The house was comfortable and "beachy," perfect for a weekend away! We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces - the screened porch in the back is great for morning coffee, and we ate our breakfast outside on the deck. The downstairs bedrooms comfortably slept 4, but the three beds in the upstairs loft area would be great for a larger group or kids. Really liked the extra shower in the laundry room too, for rinsing off after the beach without getting the rest of the house messy. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home -- including a working blender. The house is a short walk to the beach, on a quiet street, and very close to bike paths for an easy ride to the tennis centers, ice cream shop, or just for a ride around Kiawah. Short drive from the Freshfields center on Kiawah for groceries etc."

  • Lovely Cottage - Great location

"Located at Turtle Point at the end of a winding road through a homogeneous enclave this lovely cottage is perfect for an enjoyable repose any time of the year. In winter the Kiawah population is at low ebb offering an even more private/personal experience. The cottage is beautifully decorated and is highly functional in its design with a large first floor master suite and bedrooms with bath on the third level. The description of the cottage herein are right on point. Of all long term rentals we have had this is in the upper 1%. This is a great property."

  • Terrific Spring Break in Kiawah!!!

"Our 1st time to Kiawah and we could not have been happier. The house was terrific...great location, layout and amenities. The owner, Mike, could not have been any nicer or helpful. We really appreciated how accommodating he was with our Thursday to Thursday stay....many owners would not even consider us. His recommendations were spot on and a good time was had by all!"
