"This villa was just right for our family, with its 3 bedrooms and well-outfitted kitchen. The location is great - truly a very short walk to the beach, and a nice lagoon view. The beach here is so uncrowded - very relaxing, and the granddaughters loved it. It was our first trip to Kiawah, and we will be back, as our daughter and son-in-law are at Charleston AFB. The owner is great - thank you, Cathy!"

"We've had many happy times at this villa and it's so easy to come back to! We are never disappointed by the clean, comfortable, cheerful surroundings and always love the surprise of the season's special updates. The beautiful Kiawah beach is just a short walk away. Off the back deck is a serene lagoon that offers a relaxing natural spot any time of day. Bike trails are all around making it easy for family members to explore together. Owners have a support team on call and always available. Already the family's been invited for season ten at this villa!"

"If its cheerful, bright photographs have caught your eye as you're searching for a vacation home, imagine how you'll feel staying in this "treehouse!" Every time I walked into this villa from one of our adventures, I couldn't help but smile! The owners are the most gracious hosts, and have thought of everything to make you feel comfortable, from books, DVDs, snacks, lovely smelling soaps and lotions to well-equipped laundry and kitchen areas. I appreciated how easy it was to contact them with any questions. This was my first vacation rental and I anticipated all sorts of problems, but this was truly easy. This was also our first visit to South Carolina and Kiawah Island. The island is lush and gorgeous and we enjoyed seeing it from our bikes and kayaks. The very short walk to the beach is quite scenic. One beautiful evening we even saw deer in the brush along the boardwalk. We were also happily surprised by how much we enjoyed the historical sights in Charleston, which is an easy drive from Kiawah. The owners supplied us with plenty of information about the sights and places to eat, and we followed many of their tips. We especially enjoyed the Yorktown Aircraft Carrier Museum, Fort Sumter and the Middleton Plantation. The crazy thing about this vacation for us was that neither of us golf, yet the island is promoted with golf as the main attraction. Don't let your lack of golfing plans deter you! There is plenty of inspiring things to do that do not involve aggravating little white balls! The villa was a memorable place to stay and I would go back to the "French Treehouse" and Kiawah Island without hesitation."

"We've found our favorite getaway!! The island is beautiful with wonderful bike trails & an incredible beach! Lots of opportunities to see wildlife in & out of the water! The condo was warm & inviting with all the amenities you could want. The kitchen was well stocked, washer & dryer was very convenient. And the view of the beach from the many windows was a constant reminder that we were in paradise! The interior was beautifully decorated & so comfortable...though we did compete for time in the oversized chair in the living room! The balcony was just right for early morning coffee or at the end of the day with its proximity to the beach! Truly a special place!"
