  • Great vacation rental

"We were a group of nine - five adults and four older teens. The house design provided all of us our own space and a great common area. This was just what our group needed. The house is charming and homey - totally comfortable and tasteful. It is indeed close to the beach and pool. We all did what we wanted to do, knowing the kids were safe and able to move about independently. The common area is great for games. The kitchen has EVERYTHING and again the design is amazing - would love to have taken the fridge home with me! Also, wanted to mention that Freshfields, the market on the island, is not astronomically priced - which is great, because "running to another market" is a real expedition! Loved it!"

  • great weather

"We stayed 2 weeks in the cottage which has recently been updated. Really appreciated the 4 bicycles. during the 2nd week used the bunk beds and they really looked nice but were a real pain to make up each morning. Good thing we found the step stool because no way to get to that top bunk without it. probably should have just left the beds unmade but we don't live that way. Really thought the kitchen was nicely done however I think we waisted a lot of dish washing soap because with only one sink bowl you had to drain the water out to use the disposal. not really a big issue after I decided to just use a large pan for clearing plates and glasses. The cottage has a dishwashed but with all our dishware we would have been running it 3 times a day to keep up. Other than that the property accomodated us in a reasonable way. I do feel it is very well suited for two families with two or less children each and as our grandchildren grow it may be a little tight for us."

  • So pleasant and very comfortable

"We greatly enjoyed our long weekend is this lovely well equipped villa. The kitchen made all our meals easy prep and dining overlooking the lagoon was delightful ... even spied several gators. We are not strangers to Kiawah so were happy to find an accommodation that suited us well in terms of location, décor and amenities."

  • Comfortable and Relaxing Villa

"My husband and I spent three weeks in this pretty and comfortable villa. We enjoyed the short walk over three boardwalks to the beach. We saw the osprey nest in a big dead tree near the first bridge. The villa was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the enclosed porch. Charleston is very convenient and we went there many times during our stay. We were happy to be able to use the fitness center every morning. I also attended a yoga class at Holy Cow Yoga in Charleston. We had a fun and relaxing vacation and plan to return again next year."
