  • Lovely cottage!

"My family (myself, husband, and 6 year old daughter) recently stayed here in May and loved this cottage! We had a great time there. It was clean, updated, and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. We also loved the grill outside! Also, the cottage had a nice supply of bath towels and extra blankets if we needed any. The beach and pool were not far at all to walk too and we enjoyed our morning walks on the beach. The only issue we ran into was the TV in the twin room did not work. Susie did have someone come out and look at it but since we were never home much anyways we actually said it was no big deal to fix it while we were there. Overall, it was a relaxing trip and it went by much too soon! We would definitely recommend this cottage and would definitely stay there again."

  • Beautiful, comfortable, and roomy home

"Kiawah is one of the most beautiful islands on the eastern coast and has been a favorite destination for our family vacations. Our family of eight thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Bedrooms in two separate ends of the house and a large living space made for plenty of room to enjoy both togetherness and individual space. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for cooking for that large group; we also appreciated the grill. The small screened in porch (space for 4-5) made for pleasant breakfasts and evening gatherings. This was our first stay on the marsh side of the island, but bikes made the trip to the beach easy. Navigating the busy intersection with Island Parkway was the only challenge; after that a quick 5 minute bike ride had us with our toes in the ocean. The owner was completely helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!"

  • So pleasant and very comfortable

"We greatly enjoyed our long weekend is this lovely well equipped villa. The kitchen made all our meals easy prep and dining overlooking the lagoon was delightful ... even spied several gators. We are not strangers to Kiawah so were happy to find an accommodation that suited us well in terms of location, décor and amenities."

  • A family vacation of all Ages

"We are the parents of 3, and grandparents of 4. The grandchildren are ages 9 months to 14 years. This is a great house for all ages. Making good memories is what it is all about. Especially since we live in different areas of the country, from DC to Pennsylvania, to Kentucky. Well kept, close to the beach, bike paths, good shops, restaurants and much more. We will go back and hope to stay at this house."
