Perfect for Families!
"This is our second year in a row renting your wonderful house. The location is perfect and the house has everything we need. We love riding the bikes down to Freshfield's (thanks for having such great bikes...including your brand new one this year!). We will be back again!"

"My husband and I spent three weeks in this pretty and comfortable villa. We enjoyed the short walk over three boardwalks to the beach. We saw the osprey nest in a big dead tree near the first bridge. The villa was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the enclosed porch. Charleston is very convenient and we went there many times during our stay. We were happy to be able to use the fitness center every morning. I also attended a yoga class at Holy Cow Yoga in Charleston.
We had a fun and relaxing vacation and plan to return again next year."

"This house was perfect for a long weekend trip to the beach. The bedrooms were a bit larger than they look in the pictures, and the open plan of the dining and living area was nice. The kids liked being able to eat at the table in the kitchen, away from the adults. And we all enjoyed the screened porch. The open deck is off the master bedroom, so we did not use it. You can see the community pool from the front deck (1/2 block down the street), so that was really convenient. The pool facility itself is quite nice - parts were shaded every time we went, and there were nice restrooms, a baby pool, and a sitting area overlooking the fishing pier. From the cottage, it was a 10 minute walk to the beach parking lot, then another 5 minutes across the boardwalk. The beach was great, and not super crowded. We had a great visit, and will definitely consider renting this cottage again on a return trip. The owner was great to work with, and answered all our questions quickly."

"We had 2 wonderful weeks on Kiawah and the villa was perfect for our family. Our kids and 9 month old granddaughter joined us for part of our stay. The villa is beautifully decorated and so comfy and well appointed that we felt right at home. We loved having full access to the resort amenities and spent mornings on the beach and afternoons at the Night Heron pool. Great children's pool! The screened porch was perfect for meals and enjoying the natural setting on the pond. The beach was a short walk away and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that went with the villa. Rental bikes make for a super way to tour the island. We loved this centrally located villa with quick access to the tennis center and the Sanctuary.
Beth was lovely to deal with and provided great restaurant and activities recommendations. We have been coming to Kiawah for over 10 years and this is by far our favourite rental and we would love to return for another stay.
A very memorable and relaxing vacation spot!"
