  • a wonderful beach cottage

"This home feels like an old-fashioned beach cottage, in the very best sense of the term. It has modern amenities (nice kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, 4 pretty bedrooms, great deck, etc.) but the ambience of an old family beach house that you wish your grandparents' had passed down to you! Lots of old books, blue and white checked throws, beautiful wood paneling, wood floors, gorgeous views of the dunes, and just beyond that, the ocean. What a luxury to watch the sun go down from the private boardwalk/seating area looking over the ocean. We've been coming to Kiawah for 25 years, and this home was our family's favorite."

  • Villa and resort are very clean and beautiful

"Villa was very clean, well equipped with every item listed and looked freshly renovated. The owner was very helpful, sent information about the resort and answered our questions immediately. The resort is great, very clean and beautiful, the beach is pretty close to the villa, just a few minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to return soon."

  • One Word LOVE!

"This house screams vacation! With tall ceilings and huge windows that bring in all the gorgeous Kiawah sunshine, you almost feel like you are outside while in. There are sliding doors right off the living room that bring you out to the gorgeous pool with plenty of room to sunbath, barbecue and admire the golfers! Space is definitely not an issue here. Being a group that loves to cook and cook together, our group of 8 had no issue all being in the kitchen at the same time. The kitchen is big and open with tons of counter space. Eating together is not an issue either with a big dinning room as well as a dinning table outside! There are not 1 but 2 HUGE masters along with 3 other very large bedrooms with lots of room for many people to sleep and each bedroom has it's own bathroom! No need to fight over rooms here :-) The decor is also fabulous very bright, cheery and comfortable with all brand new flat screens and a great sound system! The owners were so helpful and accommodating any questions we had they were there to answer right away. They really made us feel like we were at home! Kiawah itself is one of my favorite places in the world. Amazing: Beaches, golfing, restaurants, town and lots of activities. I could go on all day but my review character allotment wont allow it. SO long story short: I love Kiawah and I love this house, if you are looking for an unforgettable vacation this home is the place to be!"
