  • Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend!

"Hello - We just had an amazing stay at the Sweetgrass Room over Labor Day weekend. Our flight times were a bit bothersome, but Eric accommodated our schedule which was very much appreciated! You can't beat the room - high end finishes; keeps with the Charleston feel. You also can't beat the location. RIGHT smack in the middle of King Street, Meeting Street and East Bay. We walked everywhere easily - no where was too far away. The Elliott House Inn is adorable and full of charm and located right next to all the highly rated restaurants. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone going to visit Charleston! Thank you Eric!"

  • Delightful Condo

"This condo is outstanding. My husband & I were extremely comfortable & very welcomed by the owner. Thanks for the flowers & wine, Patty. We stayed a week & it was hard to leave. The condo was either near attractions or a free trolley bus ride away. The provided free car parking was a plus. We discovered we loved the nearby grocery store, Harris & Teeter. Our favorite restaurants were Toast, Hyman's Seafood & Noisy Oyster, all within walking distance of the condo."

  • Wonderful Weekend Getaway

"My husband and I stayed only 4 days but the house and the island were so wonderful that we hope to come back soon! The photos just don't do it justice. We took morning walks around the golf course and the beach was just down the street. The house had everything we could need and the property manager was available and very nice. My favorite thing about the house was the jacuzzi. It took a few tries to figure out how to turn the jets on (probably since we do not own a jacuzzi ourselves) but it was a truly wonderful way to relax after a long day on the beach. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! We had such a relaxing and fun long weekend and cannot wait to come back again."
