  • Everything we hoped for...and more!

"My husband and I wanted a quiet place to stay with our two little dogs while we checked out the area. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to stay here! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you might need. All you need to bring are your personal belongings and groceries. We enjoyed coffee in the screened-in area in the mornings, cooked several meals in the well appointed kitchen, and slept great in the comfortable bedrooms. My husband connected to the WiFi and worked a few hours each morning. The dogs adapted quickly and really liked the back yard as well as walks around the neighborhood. Robin (owner) and Cindy (caretaker) have thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable and are amazing. Robin responded quickly to all my questions about the rental and made the process very easy. Cindy was only a phone call away with any questions we had during our stay. There is even a binder with very comprehensive information about the surrounding area. This little "home" is a gem. What a great way to spend a vacation!"

  • Wonderful Trip

"I just took my family to the Isle of Palms for part of their spring break. This house was all we needed and more. It was located in a very private community and had wonderful access to the beach and the pool. I felt very safe letting my kids take walks by themselves on the beach. My son and I also took a fishing charter that left right from the marina. Best fishing experience of his life!! We will definetly be back...and if this property is available...will be the first place I will select!!"

  • Charming cottage in excellent location.

"We spent a week in this lovely carriage house and thoroughly enjoyed it. It has been completely renovated, but still retains its old fashioned charm. Our hosts were perfect - available when we had a question, but never intrusive. The gardens are beautifully kept and you can walk from this cottage to several really interesting shops and restaurants. We followed Lisa's restaurant recommendations and were rarely disappointed. There is private parking behind a gate which is rare to find in Charleston. We're already planning our next visit!"

  • OUTSTANDING Tidewater condo!!

"This was our 2nd visit to this beautiful condo, and we'll keep going back as long as Carolyn and Jack own it! Easy in and out with it being on the first floor, with a great view and short walk to the pool and beach. The little extra touches like the owners' email and phone communication along with them having the necessities there waiting are what makes it extra special for us. We don't want to get there and then have to worry about "Did we bring coffee filters?" or "Is there extra toilet paper?", and we know that Carolyn and Jack always have these details taken care of for us. Wild Dunes, and this Tidewater condo , are our little piece of Heaven here on earth. The only sad thing was that on Labor Day we had to leave to get back to the real world!!"
