  • Thanksgiving get away!

"Great house! Very comfortable! It was like home away from home. The weather wasn't great, but we had plenty of toys and games to keep us busy. This house is a walk way from the beach and pool. My family enjoyed swimming at the Lake house, playing golf, beach walks, running around the Island, Fab buffet at the Club, and Santa at Freshfields! Can't wait to go back!"

  • Listen to the sound of the surf and enjoy the view!

"While Shipwatch is an older complex, the condo has been nicely updated with granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and comfortable furnishings- cozy couches! The décor is tasteful but not fussy. The kitchen is well-appointed. What we loved most about the unit was the view of the ocean from the balcony and proximity to the beach. We kept the sliding doors open most of the week so we could hear the sound of the surf. The complex pool was not particularly inviting and is in need of renovation but on the warm days we preferred to be on the beach. Shipwatch is located in Wild Dune Resort which has great biking/walking paths nestled between palm tree lined roads and lagoons. You can rent bikes for a reasonable fee in the resort. It is a 35-45 minute ride to downtown Charleston(depending on the traffic) with beautiful, historic homes, great shopping, and fabulous restaurants. We felt we had the best of both worlds- a beach and city vacation rolled into one!"

  • We love Seabrook Island!

"My very happy family just got back from one of our favorite vacations! 2930 Atrium Villas was perfect--very clean, lovely island decor, and most importantly, ideal location. I never got tired of looking at the ocean from every window in the villa. Every morning I enjoyed sipping my coffee on the large deck and watching the sun come up. Seabrook Island itself is a delight--so much natural beauty, but also incredibly convenient to Charleston (a true foodie's paradise!). Riding bikes on the beach was one of the highlights of our trip. Also, don't miss nearby Freshfields Village, just 10 minutes away; there are a few great restaurants (we are still talking about Hege's Heirloom Tomato and Mozzarella Salad) and a lot of fun shops. The whole experience felt like a southern paradise! Thank you so much Eve for making our trip such a pleasure! We are absolutely planning to return!"

"First time to Kiawah Island and we had a blast beautiful resort . And to top a fun filled weekend off was the beautiful Villa located right on the 18th green and a 60 yard walk to Turdle Point Club house just a short walk to the beach . We were their to watch my son play in the Wendys Classic Collegiate Golf tournament and could be at the first tee in 3 minutes , If you are planning on a trip to Kiawah Island don't look and futher this is the best located Villa at Turdle Point and the best owner's I have rented from on VRBO period ..
