"100% as advertised! The cottage was clean, comfortable and a great "home base" to explore the Seabrook Island community and beyond. The kitchen had all the wares we needed to cook meals and there was plenty of space for our 18 and 20 year old to spread out in. The Seabrook beach was fantastic: clean, close by and a daily stop for us. We used the provided beach chairs and bikes almost daily as well and it was great to not have to worry about bringing our own. The screened porch was a nice place to relax and enjoy my morning coffee. The ride to Charelston and its activities was an easy one from the cottage."

The property manager was very helpful.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We really enjoyed our stay ant the marina. We don't have a boat, but I found the place on line and it looked fitting to what we needed fro our perfect vacation spot. The condo was very clean and had everything you would need for a week of perfect and enjoyable vacation."

"Our week stay in Seabrook Island at High Hammock Villas was great. We rented bicycles for the week and got in lots of (nearly flat terrain) miles. We spent hours walking the beautiful, wide beaches and cooling off in the pools or relaxing under an umbrella. We also enjoyed a kayak tour in the Bohicket Creek salt marshes. It was a good thing we got a lot of exercise, because we treated ourselves to a variety of South Carolina's fine food. We took time to visit Charleston twice for sight-seeing and dining. We walked, took a carriage tour, and toured a plantation there.
With my tongue firmly in my cheek, our only complaint was that the dolphins didn't get the memo requesting a performance of their technique of 'strand feeding' (Google it). The area where they often engage in 'strand feeding' had recently been disturbed for erosion control so they were not doing their usual thing the week we were there. We were assured that they are expected to resume feeding in the Kiawah River soon."

"We were in the area for the Charlston Classic Horseshow at Mullot Hall Equestrian Center and thiis condo was a great location for going back and forth. It was also close to the beach, so we could enjoy that after the show each day. The beach club pool was also a nice inclusion to our room. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. It has been updated and is beautiful. Eve was quick to resopond to anything we needed, we would definately return and recommend it!"
