"My family gets together every summer for a "Family Vacation." There are around 15 of us coming from everywhere..Charleston, Japan, Georgia, Florida, and California, ages 3 months to 74. We go to a different destination every year. This, we all agreed, was the most beautiful, spacious house we have stayed in. The pool was wonderful and the beds so comfortable. I can't think of anything we disliked about the house. We all had a fantastic time....maybe even willing to stay there next year!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are perfectly spread out for families. There was plenty of space all around. The kitchen is overall pretty well stocked. The fridge is rather small and the dishwasher could be updated. Walking to the beach was rather adventurous, (@7min walk) but didn't detour us from going every day. We would come back in a heartbeat."

"My family and I had the pleasure of renting this home for our recent spring break trip to the Charleston area. This was our first trip to Seabrook Island and I was lucky enough to contact Nancy at the property management group for this house. She was not only incredibly helpful in finding a perfect home for us but also answering my numerous questions about the surrounding area. Along with Lisa, the actual home manager, everything we needed was taken care of promptly and professionally.
As for the home itself the old cliché applies-- the pictures truly do not do the home justice. The interior has a great flow to it and receives a great deal of natural light due to the numerous windows and French doors at the back of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with more than enough in the way of dishware, pans, etc to make preparing a meal at the house a breeze. And the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, especially the master bedroom which comes with large his and her walk in closets and a bathroom that can only be described as luxurious.
As for the outside areas it is hard to tell which we enjoyed more. Enjoying coffee on the large front porch with the beautifully landscaped front yard as a view or the backyard which enjoys a great view of the 6th tee of the golf course but is set back far enough as to feel completely private. The back patio has more than enough sitting areas to enjoy especially the table and chairs under the trellis which provided very nice shade from the afternoon sun.
As far as Seabrook Island itself goes I honestly had a hard time believing Nancy when she told me how private they were but we were lucky enough to enjoy great weather the whole week we were there and never experienced any sort of crowds at all. I have pictures of sunset at the beach with our family virtually alone. We spent hours either just sitting relaxing or walking the long stretches of beach. The home included beach chairs, a bocce set, Frisbees and other beach stuff which we easily transported with the beach cart the home has as well. And the area just off the island has everything you need including Bohicket marina where we rented a boat for a few hours.
I rarely trust reviews with nothing negative to say so here goes-- the grocery market on Saturday was extremely crowded and the distance from downtown Charleston was longer than we thought especially given how bad the traffic in Charleston can be.
A wonderful home in a beautiful area."

"The owner of this property is highly responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Upon arriving we found the home clean and very well stocked with the basics for a fantastic getaway. No need to fuss with sheets, toilet paper, or tissues. Yeah, these things are small but when getting away wanting to enjoy your trip right away these things matter. Even a thoughtful touch of a personal welcome note and a bottle of white wine was extremely nice.
The bicycles were in great shape and made for a great way to get around on the island without fussing with a car or just enjoy the scenery while getting some exercise.
The entertainment set up was good, the wifi worked well, and the Wii allowed us to catch up on Netflix in the evenings.
The home is nicely appointed and generally welcoming and very comfortable. The many porches and rooftop patio make for a solid place for a meal outside or a nice quiet place to read a book while taking in the views of the island.
For a relaxing, low stress break, the views and comforts of this property are hard to beat!"
