"My family gets together every summer for a "Family Vacation." There are around 15 of us coming from everywhere..Charleston, Japan, Georgia, Florida, and California, ages 3 months to 74. We go to a different destination every year. This, we all agreed, was the most beautiful, spacious house we have stayed in. The pool was wonderful and the beds so comfortable. I can't think of anything we disliked about the house. We all had a fantastic time....maybe even willing to stay there next year!"

"This was a great home for our family (6 adults). Clean, spacious, everything we needed. Room to spread out, but nice gathering places. Plenty of towels. Gas grill. Good parking. Very responsive home owner. Easy to follow arrival and departure instructions. Great location on main street, but set back with plenty of trees and shade. Lots of deer to watch. Easy ride to the beach...we had rented both bikes and a golf cart. Easy drive to Charleston. Would certainly recommend this home. Thank you for place to make sweet family memories!"

"My family and I had the pleasure of renting this home for our recent spring break trip to the Charleston area. This was our first trip to Seabrook Island and I was lucky enough to contact Nancy at the property management group for this house. She was not only incredibly helpful in finding a perfect home for us but also answering my numerous questions about the surrounding area. Along with Lisa, the actual home manager, everything we needed was taken care of promptly and professionally.
As for the home itself the old cliché applies-- the pictures truly do not do the home justice. The interior has a great flow to it and receives a great deal of natural light due to the numerous windows and French doors at the back of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with more than enough in the way of dishware, pans, etc to make preparing a meal at the house a breeze. And the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, especially the master bedroom which comes with large his and her walk in closets and a bathroom that can only be described as luxurious.
As for the outside areas it is hard to tell which we enjoyed more. Enjoying coffee on the large front porch with the beautifully landscaped front yard as a view or the backyard which enjoys a great view of the 6th tee of the golf course but is set back far enough as to feel completely private. The back patio has more than enough sitting areas to enjoy especially the table and chairs under the trellis which provided very nice shade from the afternoon sun.
As far as Seabrook Island itself goes I honestly had a hard time believing Nancy when she told me how private they were but we were lucky enough to enjoy great weather the whole week we were there and never experienced any sort of crowds at all. I have pictures of sunset at the beach with our family virtually alone. We spent hours either just sitting relaxing or walking the long stretches of beach. The home included beach chairs, a bocce set, Frisbees and other beach stuff which we easily transported with the beach cart the home has as well. And the area just off the island has everything you need including Bohicket marina where we rented a boat for a few hours.
I rarely trust reviews with nothing negative to say so here goes-- the grocery market on Saturday was extremely crowded and the distance from downtown Charleston was longer than we thought especially given how bad the traffic in Charleston can be.
A wonderful home in a beautiful area."

"Our extended family was excited to visit Seabrook for the first time and it didn't disappoint. The house was very comfortable. We ate breakfast on the deck while listening to the fish jumping in the water. Evenings, after dinner, we're spent having cocktails on the fabulous porch telling fun stories. The beach club was great and we had a stretch of the beach to ourselves. We biked each morning. The island was easily navigable. The owners made our stay easy...explaining where to go, how best to get there etc. Great trip, great accommodations :-)"
