"My family and I had the pleasure of renting this home for our recent spring break trip to the Charleston area. This was our first trip to Seabrook Island and I was lucky enough to contact Nancy at the property management group for this house. She was not only incredibly helpful in finding a perfect home for us but also answering my numerous questions about the surrounding area. Along with Lisa, the actual home manager, everything we needed was taken care of promptly and professionally.
As for the home itself the old cliché applies-- the pictures truly do not do the home justice. The interior has a great flow to it and receives a great deal of natural light due to the numerous windows and French doors at the back of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with more than enough in the way of dishware, pans, etc to make preparing a meal at the house a breeze. And the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, especially the master bedroom which comes with large his and her walk in closets and a bathroom that can only be described as luxurious.
As for the outside areas it is hard to tell which we enjoyed more. Enjoying coffee on the large front porch with the beautifully landscaped front yard as a view or the backyard which enjoys a great view of the 6th tee of the golf course but is set back far enough as to feel completely private. The back patio has more than enough sitting areas to enjoy especially the table and chairs under the trellis which provided very nice shade from the afternoon sun.
As far as Seabrook Island itself goes I honestly had a hard time believing Nancy when she told me how private they were but we were lucky enough to enjoy great weather the whole week we were there and never experienced any sort of crowds at all. I have pictures of sunset at the beach with our family virtually alone. We spent hours either just sitting relaxing or walking the long stretches of beach. The home included beach chairs, a bocce set, Frisbees and other beach stuff which we easily transported with the beach cart the home has as well. And the area just off the island has everything you need including Bohicket marina where we rented a boat for a few hours.
I rarely trust reviews with nothing negative to say so here goes-- the grocery market on Saturday was extremely crowded and the distance from downtown Charleston was longer than we thought especially given how bad the traffic in Charleston can be.
A wonderful home in a beautiful area."

Excellent Getaway! Loved it so much this was the 2nd time!
"Beautiful home that shows its owners care and work in the property. The house is secluded and tucked away next to the tidal creek, and observation deck that you can kayak, and view dolphins from (only a 5 min walk).
The house is meticulously maintained, and has all the amenities. If you are considering a trip to Seabrook Isle this is the house for you and your family."

"We rented this home for a mini-family reunion that included relatives from ages 7 to 84. This home was the PERFECT place for all of us who traveled from Georgia, North Carolina, and various locations in South Carolina, including Goose Creek and Summerville, SC. The owner was very responsive to our every inquiry before arriving and for the duration of our stay. We loved everything about this home, from the elevator in the garage for my senior citizens, to the pool table on the 3rd level, to the outside deck, to the hammock and the beautiful landscape. And the two Kitchens: Big Kitchen and Little Kitchen.....anyone who loves to cook, these are your dream kitchens. As my aunt said....."We can cook the devil himself, with these kitchens"; and I believe we did. :) There were a couple of minor issues, however, the owner assisted us in every way. And, although the WiFi kept going in and out, it was okay, as we all had our own personal hotspot to connect; plus, it allowed us to interact with each other the old fashioned way – talking, laughing and enjoying each others company. We just viewed it as being on a Technology Fast!!! :) The young adults enjoyed their bike ride to the beach, while most of the older family members chose to drive or walked there. We’re definitely planning to return maybe, in between our regular family reunion.
The only negative thing I can say is that the pictures doesn’t do any justice to this home. You’ll have to experience it for yourself and watch the sunrise from deck!"

"Our family vacation was fantastic in this wonderful home. The house was very clean and spacious. This is the first time that a house exceeded expectations from the pictures. What a pleasant surprise! We rode bikes around the island, to the beach and pool everyday. The property is in a great location, very close to pool and beaches. We also enjoyed the Freshfields Market area, very convenient for groceries and shopping. We will definitely come back."
