"Resort is exclusive or restrictive from differing perspectives. Beautiful property in a beautiful natural setting. Lots of beach to walk. Can bike the whole island. Short drive to the Atlantic beach but Edisto River beach is nearby. House is beautifully prepared and well stocked. Golf is pricey but close."

"Our family of 7 had a wonderful vacation at your home. The home is very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful Master Suite, especially the fabulous Master Bathroom and spacious closet. Our son and his wife liked the mid-level suite except for the twin beds. Our other kids shared the second level shared Bathroom & the 2 adjacent Bedrooms. We all enjoyed working together in the large Kitchen as well as relaxing in the comfortable Family Room & Screened Porch. Thanks for allowing us to use your beach chairs and bikes. The Seabrook Island Beach Club and Fitness Centerwere put to good use and very convenient to the house. Thanks for providing a perfect house for our family vacation."

"My family and I had the pleasure of renting this home for our recent spring break trip to the Charleston area. This was our first trip to Seabrook Island and I was lucky enough to contact Nancy at the property management group for this house. She was not only incredibly helpful in finding a perfect home for us but also answering my numerous questions about the surrounding area. Along with Lisa, the actual home manager, everything we needed was taken care of promptly and professionally.
As for the home itself the old cliché applies-- the pictures truly do not do the home justice. The interior has a great flow to it and receives a great deal of natural light due to the numerous windows and French doors at the back of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with more than enough in the way of dishware, pans, etc to make preparing a meal at the house a breeze. And the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, especially the master bedroom which comes with large his and her walk in closets and a bathroom that can only be described as luxurious.
As for the outside areas it is hard to tell which we enjoyed more. Enjoying coffee on the large front porch with the beautifully landscaped front yard as a view or the backyard which enjoys a great view of the 6th tee of the golf course but is set back far enough as to feel completely private. The back patio has more than enough sitting areas to enjoy especially the table and chairs under the trellis which provided very nice shade from the afternoon sun.
As far as Seabrook Island itself goes I honestly had a hard time believing Nancy when she told me how private they were but we were lucky enough to enjoy great weather the whole week we were there and never experienced any sort of crowds at all. I have pictures of sunset at the beach with our family virtually alone. We spent hours either just sitting relaxing or walking the long stretches of beach. The home included beach chairs, a bocce set, Frisbees and other beach stuff which we easily transported with the beach cart the home has as well. And the area just off the island has everything you need including Bohicket marina where we rented a boat for a few hours.
I rarely trust reviews with nothing negative to say so here goes-- the grocery market on Saturday was extremely crowded and the distance from downtown Charleston was longer than we thought especially given how bad the traffic in Charleston can be.
A wonderful home in a beautiful area."

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We absolutely loved the views, and appreciated all the extra "touches" that Glenn made (bottle of wine and welcome note, plenty of board games, extra toddler toys for our daughter to play with, bikes, beach cart, chairs etc). You can tell that Glenn has put a LOT of hard work and effort into updating this house and making it immaculate. The only "downside" was that, I think because its an older homer and situated within a lot of trees, we did experience a bit of a "critter" problem (mostly ants, and one bat in the interior hallway from the cart port to the laundry room). Again, this might be hard to avoid given the house's natural setting. Overall, we would happily stay here again."
