  • Wonderful Weekend Getaway

"My husband and I stayed only 4 days but the house and the island were so wonderful that we hope to come back soon! The photos just don't do it justice. We took morning walks around the golf course and the beach was just down the street. The house had everything we could need and the property manager was available and very nice. My favorite thing about the house was the jacuzzi. It took a few tries to figure out how to turn the jets on (probably since we do not own a jacuzzi ourselves) but it was a truly wonderful way to relax after a long day on the beach. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! We had such a relaxing and fun long weekend and cannot wait to come back again."

  • Wonderful home

"My family and I had the pleasure of renting this home for our recent spring break trip to the Charleston area. This was our first trip to Seabrook Island and I was lucky enough to contact Nancy at the property management group for this house. She was not only incredibly helpful in finding a perfect home for us but also answering my numerous questions about the surrounding area. Along with Lisa, the actual home manager, everything we needed was taken care of promptly and professionally. As for the home itself the old cliché applies-- the pictures truly do not do the home justice. The interior has a great flow to it and receives a great deal of natural light due to the numerous windows and French doors at the back of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with more than enough in the way of dishware, pans, etc to make preparing a meal at the house a breeze. And the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, especially the master bedroom which comes with large his and her walk in closets and a bathroom that can only be described as luxurious. As for the outside areas it is hard to tell which we enjoyed more. Enjoying coffee on the large front porch with the beautifully landscaped front yard as a view or the backyard which enjoys a great view of the 6th tee of the golf course but is set back far enough as to feel completely private. The back patio has more than enough sitting areas to enjoy especially the table and chairs under the trellis which provided very nice shade from the afternoon sun. As far as Seabrook Island itself goes I honestly had a hard time believing Nancy when she told me how private they were but we were lucky enough to enjoy great weather the whole week we were there and never experienced any sort of crowds at all. I have pictures of sunset at the beach with our family virtually alone. We spent hours either just sitting relaxing or walking the long stretches of beach. The home included beach chairs, a bocce set, Frisbees and other beach stuff which we easily transported with the beach cart the home has as well. And the area just off the island has everything you need including Bohicket marina where we rented a boat for a few hours. I rarely trust reviews with nothing negative to say so here goes-- the grocery market on Saturday was extremely crowded and the distance from downtown Charleston was longer than we thought especially given how bad the traffic in Charleston can be. A wonderful home in a beautiful area."

  • Great Golf Outing

"We had a great time on our golf trip. The house was nice and private--well located. Very roomy inside and out(deck). The long bar/island in the kitchen flowing with the living area worked great for cooking/cocktails/fellowship."

  • Great Vacation With The Family!

"My wife, five kids, and both sets of parents spent our spring break in this wonderful home on Seabrook Island. There were 11 of us total and we had more than enough room and space for everyone. I grew up in the Charleston area so it was great to get back to the area after 20 years to see how things had changed, and how things stayed the same. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool, daily! Even though the pool was a bit chilly (it was March after-all), our kids still swam almost every day! We also really enjoyed the pool table/ping pong table and had many tournaments. We spent a couple of days touring Charleston and visiting my old neighborhood. We made it to the beach a couple of days and even managed to see the dolphins swimming and feeding (which was high on my wife's list of things to see on this trip). We ended up making most of our meals at the house so we didn't try much of the local eating establishments. Needless to say the kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to make three meals a day for 11 people. I did take some of the kids to go eat at Red's one evening and the food and atmosphere was great. Oh, and if you are in the Charleston/Mt. Pleasant area and in search of a great little seafood restaurant I'd highly recommend checking out the "The Wreck of Richard and Charlene"! My wife and I met up with an old childhood friend of mine and his wife. The food there was outstanding! The owner of the house, Cameron, was really great and very responsive when we contacted him. Our every need was met with this home and area. If we ever make it back to Seabrook Island again, we will be sure to stay here again and we highly recommend this home to anyone else looking for a home in this area."
