"This condo was clean and cozy! Loved the half-bathroom downstairs and the master bedroom and bath upstairs. The loft bedroom overlooking the living room was very cool. Would highly recommend this condo!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
My husband, Charlie the dog and I have stayed at this vacation home twice now. The house has all the amenities you need. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, linens and beach chairs. The house is very clean and cozy for a relaxing vacation. The screen porch is a nice place to have coffee in the morning and dinner in the afternoon. The property is very convenient to the beach and pool. Rent a beach cruiser and you don't have to move your car."

A fabulous pick for anyone who wants to vacation on Seabrook Island.
"The overall complex is lush and beautifully landscaped and features many grand and elegant houses. This specific unit is walking distance to the beach club and just a few hundred feet from a pristine, extremely quiet beach. The location is excellent for use of both beach and pools. The golf course club house is also walking distance.
We had no difficulty receiving our key and amenity cards by mail in advance and the security house was expecting us when we arrived at the gate. We were provided a parking pass that allowed us to come and go all week without difficulty.
The unit was exactly as depicted in the photos, well furnished in a soothing palette. The entire place was extremely clean and very well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels and other linens. The living room is extremely spacious and with a good size water-view deck. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we were very glad to have use of the in-unit washer and dryer throughout the week.
The owner provides a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella, so you only need to bring towels. We used the pools at both the Beach House and the Lake House and enjoyed them.
We had a couple of tiny issues (phone wasn't working and we had a wi-fi glitch) and in both cases a call to the management office had them solved within minutes. Excellent service both times.
A few things you may wish to be aware of about the complex in advance:
- there are no sidewalks in the complex except right by the beach house; recreational walking is available on the beach.
- cyclists are welcome everywhere; but the bicycle rental places run out of bikes, so bring your own if you can.
- It's a 10 minute drive to the nearest store. The Harris Teeter in Freshfields has an exceptional range of products, including beach gear, and is less pricey than other nearby options.
- Check the tide schedule daily. The beach varies from 5 feet to 120 feet deep, depending on time of day.
One final comment about the community and NOT about the specific rental unit: We found the complete lack of racial diversity on the island to be quite unsettling and surprising considering the demographics of Charleston. We were not comfortable with this aspect of island living."

"The second time is the charm. We normally try a different place each year, but our family could not imagine a better place or experience that could beat last years stay. The amenities are literally at your finger tips. You can step out your back door and 20 paces you are on the beach. I can literally talk to my kid's from the porch. The Pool and Pelican's nest for casual dining are a short and enjoyable walk for a simple meal. We had Sunday Brunch at the Club House across the street and experienced outstanding hospitality and world class food. Nothing beats the incredible sunset at the end of the day. This house is positioned with an EAST COAST OCEAN VIEW, yet facing Southwest just enough to get one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. If you are an early riser you can get the sun rise just to the left -- how cools is that! This spot is great for families of all ages and interests. The owners are wonderful stewards of the piece of heaven and really care about their guest experiences. Going back for a third time!"
