"We loved our stay on Seabrook Island - we were there with two of our children and one
grandson...there is something wonderful on this island for all ages.
The villa is even nicer than the pictures revealed - and the location is perfect!
The courtside pool is right behind the unit - it is quiet and convenient and very lovely to
sit at and read and swim. The tennis courts are right across from the front door and the
equestrian center is down the road. You can walk to Fresh Fields village and boy was that
a serendipity surprise - this precious little shopping center is such a delight with good restaurants, shops, grocery store and so much more!
We bought an amenity card for the bigger pools but found that the courtside pool was more than adequate. We did eat at the Beach House outdoors and it was a blast for all.
Seabrook Island is the best kept secret getaway there is! We hope it stays untainted and
peaceful - just driving there from Charleston was a grand scenic view.
We were able to easily get into Charleston for sightseeing, dinner and more.
What a find! What a beautiful place - both the villa and the island landscape.
We would definitely come here again and recommend it to others!
Susie was a great help - always answered our phone calls and emails right away - that
means a lot. The lady who owns this property is blessed to have her overseeing it all.
See you next summer!"

"We loved our stay at Pelican Watch -- our second visit to a Pelican Watch villa. The unit is beautifully decorated, well appointed, and extremely comfortable. It is really the perfect beach vacation. With lots of walks, beach days, day trips to Charleston, Club access, reading and evening cocktails on the balcony, our week of rest and relaxation flew by. When you have a lovely balcony with a perfect view, and a fabulous Harris Teeter in the Freshfield's Village, there is no need to dine out. However, there are lots of great dining options in the Village and Bohicket Marina, the Beach Club; plus Charleston's dining options are endless and excellent. Everyone is extremely friendly. While on a Sunday beach walk, we particularly enjoyed talking to many members of the Turtle Patrol as they helped sea turtle hatchlings make their first attempts into the ocean. Daily dolphin sightings and the deer that are everywhere help to the make Island truly magical.
Potential guests should know that the King bed in the unit is extremely firm. As well, future visitors should know that there are no sidewalks on Seabrook Island. Pedestrians and cyclists share the road with motorists, who are expected to drive slowly and courteously. We found that many motorists do not abide by the spirit of "share the road" and we had several close calls on our daily walks, even though my husband and I were walking single file and hugging the curb.
The service provided by Seabrook Exclusives and Pam Harrington Exclusives was top notch. Thank you to the villa owners for sharing their beautiful unit with us (and our precious pet). Thank you also for including Club membership at the Beach Club and Island House in the rental. The dining room at the Island House looks wonderful and we hope to try it on our next visit."

"Great house! Very comfortable! It was like home away from home. The weather wasn't great, but we had plenty of toys and games to keep us busy. This house is a walk way from the beach and pool. My family enjoyed swimming at the Lake house, playing golf, beach walks, running around the Island, Fab buffet at the Club, and Santa at Freshfields!
Can't wait to go back!"
