The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We visit Seabrook Island once a year and like the Spinnaker location. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the "river" beach and a short 5 minute drive to the "ocean" beach. We saw dolphins everyday and "Lt Dan" the alligator twice outside the dining room window. The management company was organized and very easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, this property was clean and the view was great. Here's why I only gave it a 4 rating - the kitchen appliances are dated - our food froze on the top shelf of the refrigerator, the dishwasher only cleans on "super scrub", and the oven is complicated to operate (even with the instructions taped to the fridge)."

"Our week stay in Seabrook Island at High Hammock Villas was great. We rented bicycles for the week and got in lots of (nearly flat terrain) miles. We spent hours walking the beautiful, wide beaches and cooling off in the pools or relaxing under an umbrella. We also enjoyed a kayak tour in the Bohicket Creek salt marshes. It was a good thing we got a lot of exercise, because we treated ourselves to a variety of South Carolina's fine food. We took time to visit Charleston twice for sight-seeing and dining. We walked, took a carriage tour, and toured a plantation there.
With my tongue firmly in my cheek, our only complaint was that the dolphins didn't get the memo requesting a performance of their technique of 'strand feeding' (Google it). The area where they often engage in 'strand feeding' had recently been disturbed for erosion control so they were not doing their usual thing the week we were there. We were assured that they are expected to resume feeding in the Kiawah River soon."

"This is truly a wonderful home. The furnishings are modern and updated and access to the beach is exceptional. If you are looking for the chance to relax in a beautiful home with incredible views of the ocean, this home should certainly be among your best candidates."
