  • Great Location

"Our family stayed and it was perfect for us! Everything was just as indicated on the website and very clean. Cindy is very responsive if you have any questions before, during or after your trip. The Master bedroom is very large twin beds was perfect for kids . Our family enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and golf courses. The view of the golf course and pond included a sizeable alligator that made a daily appearance. We took day trips to Charleston Second time renting and very nice experience"

  • Wonderful condo in a beautiful location

"We booked this condo for our spring break vacation. It was very clean and well maintained. The setting on Seabrook island was gorgeous. We loved that the condo was well-stocked and had everything we needed while we were there. We took several day trips into Charleston and it was wonderful to come back to this cozy place at night. The rental agent was a pleasure to work with as well and welcomed us when we arrived."

  • Great Stay on Seabrook

"This "treehouse" villa is a great place to stay if you like quiet locations where you can view abundant wildlife. We saw all manner of deer, alligators, turtles, birds (and golfers) right from the deck on a daily basis. The unit is clean, comfortable and well stocked and furnished with all the amenities for a nice "home away from home" feel. It is just around the corner from one of the shorter walkways to the beach, and it is located on the south end of the island where the beach seemed less crowded most of the time. The owner was very accessible and quickly and efficiently dealt with an arrival issue that cropped up. Parking may not be apparent in the pictures, but you can park at the end of the lot just below the unit (which sits up on a little hill.) You will need to climb about three standard flights of stairs to reach the unit, but we did not find that to be a problem. We would definitely stay here again."

  • June'13 with two kids

"I stayed here for a week with my two kids who are 12 and 15. John was great to deal with, professional and a good communicator. The condo location is good too, close enough to ride bikes to the beaches but quiet and also near the condo pool. Back porch looks out to golf course which is nice. PROS: TVs in all BRs, great water pressure and good showers, laundry on 2nd floor, ceiling fans and AC worked well. CONS: Carpet is old/worn and kitchen is older and a bit cramped. Would recommend as a great place to stay on a budget, but don't expect an upscale look/feel, especially in the kitchen."

Seabrook Island Attractions

During your visit to Seabrook Island, be sure to check out the island that once served as battlegrounds for the American Revolution and Civil War from a historic perspective. The island was used as a staging areas for Hessian and British troops during the Revolutionary years and, at the height of the Civil War, was sold to William Gregg. You can tour the island by renting a bike and cruising around town. You can check out Alligator Bike and Island Bike & Surf Shop for your bike rental needs.

Seabrook Island's wide, long beaches are perfect for playing in the sand or going for a swim. Pelican Beach is also known as Sunset Beach and is the perfect place for young children to swim.
