"Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We especially liked the fact that we had 3 separate sleep areas and plenty of room to spread out for things like crafts, reading, TV viewing, etc."

  • beautiful setting

"The pictures show the true condo. The L shaped deck was totally private, and had shade and sun at the same time so you could choose what you wanted. The two master suites was an added plus and being separated by kitchen, dining and living rooms was perfect for privacy. Just a note to advise you that the beach goes away at high tide right there across from condo and on down the beach to your right as you face the ocean. Saw dolphins as they made their way west and then back east in the morning. Deer on the beach and in front yards of homes we enjoyed. They're not afraid. Teeter-Harris outside the gate was perfect and we even needed the doctor in their little village, too. Beautiful setting. Saw the Angel Tree that is on the way to Seabrook which was quite amazing, just drive slowly on the unpaved road. It's certainly a different setting from Myrtle Beach, which is where we started our vacation. I even got educated by a "local" one morning on the beach. You can get wet from the elevator to your condo, but parking garage and carts surely came in handy. Something new everywhere you go. Thanks!"

  • Can't say enough!

"My wife and I were impressed from the moment we walked through the door. It is a beautiful condo! The pictures are accurate! We brought our young daughter and my mother in law and all of us had a great time. The stunning views from both of the screened porches were fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with everything tool you would need to do some serious cooking. The beds were very comfy and my mother in law was pleased that there was a tv in the second bedroom. She also appreciated that there was a queen size bed instead of two twins that are the usual in a lot of two bedroom condos. The pool that is located in the complex was very nice as well. We were the only ones using it so if felt like it was our own private pool. Seabrook also boasts some of the best beaches I've been to. We never saw more than ten people on the beach at any time! Talk about private! Charleston is also just a short pleasant drive away for those looking for plenty of dining options and fantastic history from both the War of Independence and the Civil War! Lastly, I cannot say enough about Sherrill. She is so easy to deal with and very prompt with answering any questions that might arise about her condo! Well done Sherrill!! I would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone who might ask. We will certainly keep it in mind for future trips to Seabrook!"

  • relaxing and fun

"Very Clean unit I was very happy with the fact we could make this vacation what we wanted. Only issue I think we had was not alot of pantry space, (we just used the counters) but only because the kitchen is so effecent. We brought groceries from home and mad a lot of meals there. Futon slept our sone very well and our bed upstairs was so comfy!! Lovely space truly. We loved breakfast in the deck each day! You can do as much or as little as you want on this island. We enjoyed several different beaches and all were wonderful amazing wildlife there. (thank you for the use of the beach chairs) Days at the pool were awesome and it is a short walk to it so we had lunch there several days. Other kids made it fun for our son. It is a great pool for kids, well marked and the deepest part is 5 foot. Took seveal trips into Charleston for dinner and one rainy day, it was 30 minute drive. great location on this villa! Had ice cream at freshfields and walked the shops. Great family vacation spot!! We really enjoyed relaxing on this island! Tom was wonderful to deal with. He gave us great information/ instruction and it was a worry free vacation. Thank you!"
