"We had a wonderful time. Rental was exactly as described. Owner very reachable when I had questions. Loved the pool options and closeness to beach. Plan to return in the future."

  • In Love with Seabrook

"We contacted Diane about renting her home and from that point forward the experience was pleasant at every turn. Diane took a considerable amount of time to answer all of my questions about her home and the island. What she was not sure about she sought out the answers for and got back with me. The home is located in a very quiet nice peaceful area a short bike ride from the beaches and the pool. The house is well equipped and in excellent shape. We spent several evenings playing cards on the back porch which overlooks the golf course. As for Seabrook Island itself we fell in love with all it has to offer a family on vacation. We've visited quite a few coastal communities over the past 20 years and found Seabrook Island to have the perfect balance we were looking for. The island is truly gated and gets no unwanted traffic. Even Kiawah cannot boast of this as they let shoppers and golfers by the dozens flood in at will. The Island has an excellent equestrian center, world class tennis center, a beach club with restaurant and pool, bike friendly roads and loads of natural habitat. We had not visited Seabrook in almost twenty years but were so struck by it that we finished the week long visit by making an offer on a home of our own. If we end up closing on our home we owe it to the experience we had renting from Diane at Tarpon pond."

  • Charleston Area Lover

"The Cottage was great for our family and was what we had expected. The screened in porch was a favorite and got lots of use, especially since it was big enough for our grandkids to play while we relaxed. It was nice being able to use the pool as well as go to the beach. Fresh Fields Village is always a nice place to walk around in and has some neat shops. Also would recommend checking out Bohicket Marina. We have eaten at Red's several times and have never been disappointed. Seabrook is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach without all of the crowds. We love being able to walk or bike around the island and you can be sure that you will see lots of deer!!Thanks to Brian (owner) for being so quick to answer any questions I had before our arrival and for all of the information he sent to us about the area. It was very helpful even though we had stayed on Seabrook before."

  • You will like it!

"We just returned from a week's vacation over the Memorial Day holiday. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The private condo pool was a big hit with our oldest grandson. Almost like having your own pool! The unit is at the end of a dead-end street so you can enjoy a peaceful stay and not worry about the children riding bikes or skateboards. Lots of room in this 3BR/3Bath unit. Did I mention the screened porches for eating or relaxing?"

There are magnificent creeks to go kayaking or you can go fishing for your dinner. When the day is over, you can enjoy a sunset fit for a king at Seabrook Island rentals.

Seabrook Island Beach Rentals by Newton Farms

Seabrook Island Rentals for Seasonal Events

Year-round fun is offered at Seabrook Island rentals. The town boasts many seasonal events that include music events, festivals or the chance to see a movie at an outdoor cinema. Bohicket’s Marina features boat charters or other fishing activities. They also have music at an outdoor patio for an evening on the town. The sunsets from this venue will be great, but not as good as the ones from your private balcony at Seabrook Island beach rentals.

Seabrook Island Vacation Homes near Aiken-Rhett House

Historic Charleston is about 30 minutes from Seabrook Island vacation homes. This area of South Carolina offers more than restaurants and shopping. Immerse yourself in the architecture, walk along the battery or take a cruise in Charleston Harbor from your Seabrook Island rentals. The Aiken-Rhett House is one of the more famous homes open for tours. There is an audio tour of the urban plantation that takes about an hour. You will see the home with the Aiken’s preserved furnishings as well as the kitchen, stables and slaves' quarters.
