  • Can't say enough!

"My wife and I were impressed from the moment we walked through the door. It is a beautiful condo! The pictures are accurate! We brought our young daughter and my mother in law and all of us had a great time. The stunning views from both of the screened porches were fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with everything tool you would need to do some serious cooking. The beds were very comfy and my mother in law was pleased that there was a tv in the second bedroom. She also appreciated that there was a queen size bed instead of two twins that are the usual in a lot of two bedroom condos. The pool that is located in the complex was very nice as well. We were the only ones using it so if felt like it was our own private pool. Seabrook also boasts some of the best beaches I've been to. We never saw more than ten people on the beach at any time! Talk about private! Charleston is also just a short pleasant drive away for those looking for plenty of dining options and fantastic history from both the War of Independence and the Civil War! Lastly, I cannot say enough about Sherrill. She is so easy to deal with and very prompt with answering any questions that might arise about her condo! Well done Sherrill!! I would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone who might ask. We will certainly keep it in mind for future trips to Seabrook!"

  • A Piece of Paradise!

"We have been vacationing for years on Seabrook Island and absolutely love it! We have stayed at many places, which were all very nice, but this one is something special. You can tell that it is truly a home away from home for the owners and I believe they really want their guests to feel that way as well. It is very comfortable and well stocked. We did alot of cooking in while we were there and didn't have any problem finding what we needed. It was also great having the umbrella to take to the beach for those times when the sun gets to be too much but you aren't really ready to leave the beach. Our favorite though is the sun porch. It has the most amazing views! We lived out there while we were in, having our coffee, visiting, reading, and just enjoying the view. You can even hear the ocean in the distance. And the wild life on the island is always great to see! Thank you Chris for renting your place out and giving us such a great vacation! We hope to be able to rent this special piece of paradise again soon!"

  • Exceptional Week!

"We loved our stay at Pelican Watch -- our second visit to a Pelican Watch villa. The unit is beautifully decorated, well appointed, and extremely comfortable. It is really the perfect beach vacation. With lots of walks, beach days, day trips to Charleston, Club access, reading and evening cocktails on the balcony, our week of rest and relaxation flew by. When you have a lovely balcony with a perfect view, and a fabulous Harris Teeter in the Freshfield's Village, there is no need to dine out. However, there are lots of great dining options in the Village and Bohicket Marina, the Beach Club; plus Charleston's dining options are endless and excellent. Everyone is extremely friendly. While on a Sunday beach walk, we particularly enjoyed talking to many members of the Turtle Patrol as they helped sea turtle hatchlings make their first attempts into the ocean. Daily dolphin sightings and the deer that are everywhere help to the make Island truly magical. Potential guests should know that the King bed in the unit is extremely firm. As well, future visitors should know that there are no sidewalks on Seabrook Island. Pedestrians and cyclists share the road with motorists, who are expected to drive slowly and courteously. We found that many motorists do not abide by the spirit of "share the road" and we had several close calls on our daily walks, even though my husband and I were walking single file and hugging the curb. The service provided by Seabrook Exclusives and Pam Harrington Exclusives was top notch. Thank you to the villa owners for sharing their beautiful unit with us (and our precious pet). Thank you also for including Club membership at the Beach Club and Island House in the rental. The dining room at the Island House looks wonderful and we hope to try it on our next visit."

  • In Love with Seabrook

"We contacted Diane about renting her home and from that point forward the experience was pleasant at every turn. Diane took a considerable amount of time to answer all of my questions about her home and the island. What she was not sure about she sought out the answers for and got back with me. The home is located in a very quiet nice peaceful area a short bike ride from the beaches and the pool. The house is well equipped and in excellent shape. We spent several evenings playing cards on the back porch which overlooks the golf course. As for Seabrook Island itself we fell in love with all it has to offer a family on vacation. We've visited quite a few coastal communities over the past 20 years and found Seabrook Island to have the perfect balance we were looking for. The island is truly gated and gets no unwanted traffic. Even Kiawah cannot boast of this as they let shoppers and golfers by the dozens flood in at will. The Island has an excellent equestrian center, world class tennis center, a beach club with restaurant and pool, bike friendly roads and loads of natural habitat. We had not visited Seabrook in almost twenty years but were so struck by it that we finished the week long visit by making an offer on a home of our own. If we end up closing on our home we owe it to the experience we had renting from Diane at Tarpon pond."

Seabrook Island Attractions

During your visit to Seabrook Island, be sure to check out the island that once served as battlegrounds for the American Revolution and Civil War from a historic perspective.
