  • Wonderful Getaway

"My wife, daugter, dog, and I had the best time staying at the Pelican Watch. The condo unit was all that our small family needed, however, would have slept more people if we had the same. The views are amazing and we felt so secluded and relaxed the entire time, eventhough we were only 25 miles away from our home in Charleston, SC. From the front porch to the beach was a short walk through the dunes and there was hardly any people, which made having a place to yourself on the waterfront/beach very nice even when the tides were in. The condo, and surrounding property was very well kept, clean and well maintained. We never used any of the Seabrook Island ammenities, such as pools, golf course, etc., but that was because we enjoyed the relaxation of the beach all too much during our stay. Mary, one of the owners, was very helpful in answering questions about the condo by phone and email and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent, relaxing time and we hope to be able to enjoy another stay at this condo in the near future."

  • Spinnaker Stay for family of 4

"We loved this rental! It was laid out nicely for us, offering a main level work area for my husband, an upstairs suite for us, with a main level bedroom for our 2 daughters, (ages 5 & 11). We brought our bikes with us, and there was plenty of storage space underneath the unit. This unit was a short walk to Pelican Beach, and just a bit farther to the Beach Clubhouse. We loved the location, the unit itself & our first visit to Seabrook Island. We often saw deer just beyond the large picture window in the living room, and frequently biked the entire island with the girls, enjoying everything the island had to offer. We will return!"

  • Can't say enough!

"My wife and I were impressed from the moment we walked through the door. It is a beautiful condo! The pictures are accurate! We brought our young daughter and my mother in law and all of us had a great time. The stunning views from both of the screened porches were fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with everything tool you would need to do some serious cooking. The beds were very comfy and my mother in law was pleased that there was a tv in the second bedroom. She also appreciated that there was a queen size bed instead of two twins that are the usual in a lot of two bedroom condos. The pool that is located in the complex was very nice as well. We were the only ones using it so if felt like it was our own private pool. Seabrook also boasts some of the best beaches I've been to. We never saw more than ten people on the beach at any time! Talk about private! Charleston is also just a short pleasant drive away for those looking for plenty of dining options and fantastic history from both the War of Independence and the Civil War! Lastly, I cannot say enough about Sherrill. She is so easy to deal with and very prompt with answering any questions that might arise about her condo! Well done Sherrill!! I would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone who might ask. We will certainly keep it in mind for future trips to Seabrook!"
