  • beautiful location, clean and comfortable, great value!

"I have stayed in this condo about a half a dozen times. The owners are great to work with and really take pride in their home. They have done several upgrades just to make it a more appealing and enjoyable place to stay. It is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you could need. The view of the marsh and of the ocean in the distance is spectacular. It is great for a family or for a couple. The property sits on the marsh and is just a few minutes bike ride to the beach. Considering this is not on the beach, I don't think you could get a more enjoyable view than this condo offers from its glassed in sun room. I have seen alligators and dolphin in the tidal creek that runs directly below the balcony and sunroom of this villa. Other than the view and the location, the villa is clean and has plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen is well stocked and modern with brand new upgraded appliances and countertops. The carpets and furniture and relatively new and updated. The owners are extremely responsive to any concerns and the payment and reservation process is very easy. This is truly a gem and well worth the money. I have stayed at other properties in Seabrook and having discovered this villa, I will never go anywhere else."

  • Another Wonderful Stay

"This is our second stay in this lovely condo. This is our 4th visit to Seabrook. We have visited many beaches in NC and SC and we keep coming back to Seabrook. If the hoa fees were more reasonable we would buy our own place! This unit appeals to us because it is nicer and accepts dogs. The location is wonderful. One of the benefits of this unit is the privacy of the deck. We have found Seabrook to be lovely no matter what time of year one may visit."

  • Awesome Retreat!

"I arrived at the property after a ten hour drive and after a bit of sleep thoroughly enjoyed the location. Views of the ocean were great and relaxing on the deck. Over our stay we played both courses at Seabrook and the convenience of this villa can't be stressed enough. We could walk to the course in under 2 minutes as well as the beach and even the restaurants as well! Definitely will be staying here going into the future!"
