"Our family had such a nice time at this villa. It has great livable space. It is well-maintained and the owners are thoughtful and responsive. We appreciated all of the information the owners provided about what to do, where to eat, etc. especially since it was our first time to Kiawah. The villa has beautiful views of the lagoon and 18th hole at Turtle Point golf course. There is plenty to see just from the two decks of the villa. It's an easy bike ride to the beach in five minutes. We would love to rent again!"

"It has been two months since my vacation to Charleston, SC and I am grateful for the memories. This was my first VRBO experience and Susan was amazing. She was the consummate professional and provided me with an easy to comprehend rental agreement with reasonable terms. I felt like I had my own personal concierge as she helped me plan my “girlfriend getaway beach house vacation”. The house was amazing; in fact, I do not think the pictures on the website do it justice. I invited along five of my closest girlfriends and we were all thrilled to have our own bedrooms. Susan recommended a local massage therapist and we had him come over in the mornings to give us massages on the screened in porch. The massages were heavenly as we listened to the sound of the waves and smelled the ocean air. Susan also advised us about historic walks and carriage rides in Charleston (only 10 miles away by car), historic Plantations (Boone Hall was only 15 minutes away) and the best places to eat (a short walk into town). We loved the Isle of Palms; it was clean, quiet and conveniently located. I loved stepping out into our beach backyard and going for morning swims and sunset walks. On our last day we took a Morris Island Lighthouse Tour with Charleston Outdoor Adventures. I highly recommend the various tours they offer, this one in particular was focused on ecology and we learned about the importance of the estuary and got up close to 32 dolphins. In summary, this was a perfect vacation, we were able to relax and enjoy the ocean front house and visit historic sites around Charleston. I appreciated Susan’s efforts in making sure my first time using VRBO was a positive experience."

"We stayed here with my family for our first visit to Kiawah Island. From the second we expressed interest in the house, the owner was so helpful, thorough and timely in communications, and offered incredible insight and advice into the island. He wholeheartedly opened his home and amenities to our family, ensuring we had a top notch experience in Kiawah. Not only was the owner simply wonderful, but the house itself is just gorgeous. We had a 1 year old baby with us, and 3 adult couples. Everyone had their own space, their own bathroom, and we didn't have to worry about keeping anyone up with a crying baby. The pool out back was gorgeous, along with the golf course views (we even got to see my dad and husband and brother-in-law as they were golfing on the course one day!), and the amenities were extremely well maintained. We even had a visit from a pool boy half way through the week to make sure everything was working well. Really cannot express how perfectly amazing this house was and how wonderful the owner was to work with. We are already trying to plan our next trip back!! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!"

"Close proximity to Great tourist attractions and Isle of Palms attractions. We loved the private pier access! The condo was roomy enough for us and the location is within walking distance to a lot of quaint restaurants and Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop. We would definitely recommend for a family vacation. The condo was stocked with lots of games, toys, beach chairs and everything needed for a beach get away."
