  • First Trip to Kiawah. Perfect Vacation!

"We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. The house is in a very private area with only a few homes nearby. Although tucked within the resort, the house is close to a bike path to the beach (only a street or two over from this property). Also a great nature trail is just around the corner. Saw a flying bald eagle which was a first for me! Although it was our first time at this house, we found it to be a great value relative to the expensive oceanfront options. Glad we stayed here and would stay again."

  • Perfect Girl's Weekend

"This was a weekend get together for 7 highschool/college friends. Your condo was absolutely beautiful! The weather was cold, but we were perfectly happy inside enjoying your comfortable space. The kitchen was well equipped and we were surprised to find the ice maker! The beds were comfortable and the sofas and chairs were perfect. Hope to come back next year!"

  • Exceptional Week!

"We loved our stay at Pelican Watch -- our second visit to a Pelican Watch villa. The unit is beautifully decorated, well appointed, and extremely comfortable. It is really the perfect beach vacation. With lots of walks, beach days, day trips to Charleston, Club access, reading and evening cocktails on the balcony, our week of rest and relaxation flew by. When you have a lovely balcony with a perfect view, and a fabulous Harris Teeter in the Freshfield's Village, there is no need to dine out. However, there are lots of great dining options in the Village and Bohicket Marina, the Beach Club; plus Charleston's dining options are endless and excellent. Everyone is extremely friendly. While on a Sunday beach walk, we particularly enjoyed talking to many members of the Turtle Patrol as they helped sea turtle hatchlings make their first attempts into the ocean. Daily dolphin sightings and the deer that are everywhere help to the make Island truly magical. Potential guests should know that the King bed in the unit is extremely firm. As well, future visitors should know that there are no sidewalks on Seabrook Island. Pedestrians and cyclists share the road with motorists, who are expected to drive slowly and courteously. We found that many motorists do not abide by the spirit of "share the road" and we had several close calls on our daily walks, even though my husband and I were walking single file and hugging the curb. The service provided by Seabrook Exclusives and Pam Harrington Exclusives was top notch. Thank you to the villa owners for sharing their beautiful unit with us (and our precious pet). Thank you also for including Club membership at the Beach Club and Island House in the rental. The dining room at the Island House looks wonderful and we hope to try it on our next visit."

  • Just right for holiday getaway

"We found the OceanWoods Cottage to be perfect for our needs!! The proximity to Night Heron Park was a huge bonus for our children, who enjoyed biking over there daily for pick-up games of basketball and soccer, and we all appreciated being so close to the beach, even in December. We were lucky to have a couple of days of 70 degree, sunny weather, and we took full advantage and biked and played outside the entire time! The house was clean and had an abundance of towels, which was much appreciated! It's a very functional house in a great location, and we hope to return in the future!"
