  • Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend!

"Hello - We just had an amazing stay at the Sweetgrass Room over Labor Day weekend. Our flight times were a bit bothersome, but Eric accommodated our schedule which was very much appreciated! You can't beat the room - high end finishes; keeps with the Charleston feel. You also can't beat the location. RIGHT smack in the middle of King Street, Meeting Street and East Bay. We walked everywhere easily - no where was too far away. The Elliott House Inn is adorable and full of charm and located right next to all the highly rated restaurants. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone going to visit Charleston! Thank you Eric!"

  • Vacation of a Lifetime!!!

"This home is spectacular! Beautiful and well maintained, the photos don’t do it justice. The kitchen is exceptional. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The linens luxurious. The deck in the back was very private and perfect for relaxing and watching the horses from the Equestrian Center go by. The island is stunning. Perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors! We spent most of our time swimming and walking the pristine beach, riding bikes around the island, and walking the paths to view the incredible assortment of wildlife. We watched the wild bottlenose dolphins from the beach every day and were lucky enough to witness them strand feeding (this is one of only two areas in the world where dolphins exhibit this behavior)! There are many shops and a well amended grocery store nearby, as well as many restaurants to pick from. Only 30 minutes from Charleston, we were able to tour historical Fort Sumter and visit the shopping district and famed restaurants. There is something for everyone on the island, it’s a little slice of heaven! We had the perfect family vacation and are looking forward to our next vacation to Seabrook Island!"

  • Great place to stay!

"My family visited Kiawah Island a second time for our annual beach trip. Last year we stayed at one of the Night Heron cottages which had been newly renovated but still was dirty with way more bugs than we like to see on vacation. We definitely preferred the Tennis Club Villa even though it was a longer (but pretty easy 10 minute bike ride). Our villa accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Linens were new and plenty and the kitchen was fully stocked."
