  • Great rental on Sullivan's Island

"This is a perfect vacation rental for families with small children! We just spent a week there with two familes with a total of four small children. The house is clean and has a terrific layout with the bedrooms on one end and the living room, kitchen and porch on the other end. The porch is perfect for enjoying the days and nights! The house is directly across from a beach access and the beach has a huge tidal pool perfect for the kids. The house is definitely old, but really perfect for our group. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendation would be moving the laundry room upstairs and adding heat to the outdoor shower."

  • Beautiful Home!!!

"The pictures of this home do not do it any justice. The home is decorated beautifully and is very high end. You would not know it though as it is extremely functional. The landscaping is beautiful and the views are beyond compare. The owners have everything you will need for a day at the beach with your family. There are boogie boards, skimmers, chairs and umbrellas. We were not sure if there was a cooler there so we brought one and found there was one in the garage. When I say that everything you need to have a restful stay is here that is the truth. I loved the fact they had a front loading washing machine it made clean up at the end of the day a breeze. The windows were free from curtains which can take away from the feeling of nature which I love. The great room was an awesome space as it had open views of the pond and all of the animals that frequented it at night. We were able to see Egrets, Bucks, Does and Fawns. I am so happy that I came across this hidden gem located in the Vanderhorst section of Kiawah Island. The owners are fabulous and called when we arrived to make sure we found the home to our liking. We found the beach without issue and had a glorius time! The beaches were clean and free of debris. There is a new market area that includes shopping and a drug store as you enter the island for anything you may have forgotten. The home is only 15 miles from Charlestson and it was a beautiful drive getting there. You must see the Angel Oak Tree when you visit as it is simply amazing to see nature at is best! I guarantee this is a home that I will visit again!"

  • First Trip to Kiawah. Perfect Vacation!

"We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. The house is in a very private area with only a few homes nearby. Although tucked within the resort, the house is close to a bike path to the beach (only a street or two over from this property). Also a great nature trail is just around the corner. Saw a flying bald eagle which was a first for me! Although it was our first time at this house, we found it to be a great value relative to the expensive oceanfront options. Glad we stayed here and would stay again."

"We have been vacationing on the Atlantic Coast for over 30 years and this was our first trip to the Isle of Palms and the Charleston area. We thoroughly enjoyed the site seeing, guided tours, restaurants and night life that Charleston had to offer. The golf courses were fabulous and abundant. The beach, however, was a tiny bit of an issue. Fortunately for us we were staying at "Chez Circe", the nicest, most luxurious condo that we have stayed at in over 30 years. The pictures don't do this spacious property justice. The owners were tremendous to work with and very accommodating. Our family especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen area, the large porch with a fabulous view of the golf course and ocean, the wet bar with it's very own ice machine, and the keyless entry. We could not have stayed at a nicer place. Thank you Charlie and Sheila!"
