  • Do yourself a favor and stay here.

"My husband and I live in the Charleston area and rented this lovely home on a last minute whim for our anniversary. The owner Nancy could not have been nicer! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The location is amazing - 2 blocks from the beach, 2 - 3 blocks from the all of the restaurants and bars, and right around the corner from Bert's market. It's so close to everything, but the street is quite and feels "off the beaten path." The house was super comfortable and clean. It exceeded our expectations! Bring your bikes or you can rent some just a couple blocks away. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back! Thanks so much, Nancy!"

  • Perfect cottage for a family getaway

"The cottage is even prettier in person with really nice details and finishes, from counter tops to the tiles on the bathroom floors to the adorable, vintage-like small mirror stand sitting on the bathroom counter. It has a perfect layout for a family with the master bedroom with bath on one side of the cottage with the living room separating the two other bedrooms on the other side adjoined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. I also liked that the one bedroom with the twin beds had a small hallway with a door that closed to the main living space. For our family of 5, it was just the right size and space and so conveniently located to Night Heron pools (which are included in this rental), the tennis center, the beach and even Fresh Fields Village--all accessible by bike. Every room has a flat screen television, the kitchen is modern and overall the whole place was immaculate, well decorated, well stocked (beach/sand toys, chairs, wagon, etc.) and well managed. The owner was so helpful before the trip with answering any questions, and I would recommend this cottage to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Kiawah with lots of great amenities. This cottage was definitely a great home away from home and I cannot wait to return and have my friends check it out too. You will not regret it!"

  • Great Vacation!

"We had a great week staying in this apartment. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. And the convenience was unbeatable - 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from most of the restaurants in Folly, easy walk to Bert's market and easy walk to outdoor bar across the street. We only got in the car when we needed to go to Charleston or the grocery store. The live music from the bar across the street was great. We highly recommend!"

  • Wonderful family experience!

"Our family is still basking in the wonderful memories of having spent this time together in such a great home! We stayed July 5-12, and enjoyed all aspects of our gathering. We range in age from 73 to 7 mos, 9 adults and 6 children (the oldest child, age 4), arriving from WI, IN and TX. The layout and features fit our family perfectly for eating, sleeping, relaxing, playing, swimming, fishing, crabbing, and cooking. We so enjoyed the property and would choose this again vs. something right on the beach. It allowed us to be doing things with the kids right "at home" but also provided very easy access to Charleston, the beach, Ft. Sumter, plantations and other surrounding activities. I can't think of anything that we were lacking - the kitchen especially, is very well supplied. We all enjoyed fresh crabs and had an "all hands on deck" low country boil - a first for all of us (with fresh shrimp from a local dock, just down the road)! As was mentioned previously, the process and all communication with Keelin was very smooth. Would love to do this again!"
