  • Loved it!!!

"Very nice accommodations and very friendly owners! Very clean and close to beach. Although you are staying at a guest house it is very quite."

  • Winter escape

"The cottage is exactly as represented and worked perfectly for us. Arranging the rental was easy and uncomplicated. I would consider staying there again and would definitely recommend it. We went in February so we did not get to experience many of the features of the Island but we enjoyed ourselves regardless. We loved taking the dogs on the beach where they ran with joyful abandon, playing fetch and exploring smells. The beach surface was great for walking and we saw some awesome sunsets on the beach as the colors were reflected on the sand. Quite beautiful. I loved being so close to Night Heron Park and saw a lot of wildlife. Really enjoyed walking, biking and just enjoying escaping the colder north."

  • Most Awesome Beach House Ever!

"I grew up in Mt Pleasant, and we come back to visit family for extended visits at least twice a year. So we have rented ALOT of places on IOP and Sullivan's Island. This turned out to be our favorite. The house plan is very open, but at the same time the fire place divides the area enough that two different groups of people can hang out on the first floor without disturbing each other. The screened porch is heaven on earth, very private but large enough for 12 people to just be sittting out there. Like other reviewers commented, the house is super clean, well-maintained, and the linens are luxurious and plentiful. I usually bring our own towels but never needed to pull them out since the ones supplied were much nicer than my own. My husband did not like the walk, but the rest of us loved it. It's very short and even though I made multiple trips since we are incapable of bringing everything we need the first time, it was no big deal. To have the privacy and the openess of this house compared to a condo at front beach on IOP, it was well worth walking a couple of blocks. Drennan was super responsive to any questions I had leading up to stay, during the stay, and following the stay. There is nothing I would change!!"

  • Beach House

"A wonderful Thanksgiving week with our family in a good house. Great location! Kids loved the bunk bed room. Only gripes being the Queen bed upstairs was so hard I slept in the twin bed in the back room. We have been renting houses for 10 years and the following items are always provided for us. However here we had to purchase Trash bags, liquid dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, Tea Towels (there was just one!) and toilet paper (there was 2 rolls upon check in)"
