"We just returned from an incredible stay on Hilton Head. This rental was absolutely wonderful! Very clean with many extras. From the moment we walked into Audrey's place, we were thrilled. First, let me say that Audrey was so wonderful to work with. On VERY short notice, she helped us secure her rental for the Labor Day holiday. What an amazing place. Every day we took walks on the beach, which is a quick 2 minute walk away from where you stay. We swam for hours in the pool and the ocean. The boogie boards and chairs provided were a wonderful plus. Our little boy had a blast riding the waves for his first time. The extra was having a washer and dryer right in the unit. We were able to wash and dry our towels to use each day. Plus, with having a little boy, we went through many outfits, so the washer and dryer was a plus! Another bonus is that pets are not allowed on the property at all. This was very helpful, because our son has severe allergies to pet hair, we didn't even have to worry!
We had the extreme joy of seeing a huge flock of pelicans, a small baby shark, a stingray and the biggest crab we'd ever seen on land. This was a great vacation for adults and children.
The restaurants were incredible! We ate at the The Skullcreek Boathouse, Old Oyster Factory, Stacks and Poseiden Coastal Cuisine for brunch on Sunday. All of the food was wonderful and those restaurants are very kid friendly and the rental is located easy driving distance to each of these restaurants. Plus, don't worry if you forget anything...Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Kroger, Publix, Harris Teeter and Walmart are all within a 5-10 minute drive.
Overall, this was a great trip, and it all started by booking with Audrey. Do not hesitate to book this rental. We would love to book again and stay longer!"

"Well appointed condo. Kitchen well stocked. My husband and I have stayed here for the month of March and enjoyed the area so much that we came back for the month of October. The condo is close to the beach boardwalk, large pool, and the beach bar. Great bicycle paths in the area. Beautiful beach view, and handy for beach walks. Many shops and restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. An abundance of golf courses are nearby. Great deals on-line for many golf courses. Susan has been a very responsive owner, and is very accommodating. Would definitely rent this condo again."

"We were amazed as soon as we walked in the door. Very spacious; felt a lot bigger than it was. Huge bathrooms and master bedroom. Just a short walk to the beach, if you know where to cut between the buildings. I drove to the park entrance and discovered there was an opening in the fence around the community almost directly across from the entrance to the park. We have been to the main tourist beach in Hilton Head before and found Islander's Park Beach so much nicer. The unit is within walking distance of 2 resorts (Westin and Marriott) with restaurants and a short drive to the Port Royal Golf Course clubhouse, where there is a breakfast and lunch only restaurant. We had lunch there every day and were so impressed with the friendly, accommodating staff there.
I would definitely have given this 5 stars if the owner was a little more communicative. She was very quick to respond to my initial request however it was difficult to get any additional information about the location of the condo or the amenities in the community; she would not divulge the address until after the rental fee was paid in full, just a few weeks before we arrived. Even then, the directions were difficult to understand, and did not include the actual address of the unit. After 2 request for a documented receipt for your stay, which she agreed to provide before I signed the rental agreement, I have yet to hear anything from her."
