  • Beautiful condo in a great location

"The condo was well furnished with everything we needed for 6 people. It was an easy walk to the ocean and a short dive to many delicious local restaurants."

  • Hilton Head Beach & Tennis

"It was perfect for us! We had the pleasure of meeting Dee when we arrived, and she was very warm and welcoming. We had never done a VRBO before, and though we never needed them, it was reassuring to know they were "local. ""

  • Great Value for Hilton Head

"My wife and I celebrated a four night anniversary trip in early April - we are in our mid to late twenties, no kids. The arrival process was very easy, as the owner sent instructions and the code to the key box as soon as she received our check. The villa was in great condition when we arrived - very clean and all amenities as described. Right next to front stairwell for easy in/out (although the foot traffic may be a downside even though we didn't hear any). We rented bicycles on site for what I thought was a very fair price ($10 for one day, $15 for two-three days, $20 for the week). Hilton Head is great for exploring on bicycles. The location of the resort is fairly central and includes a great pool area (we did not use) and beach - pretty much everything except Sea Pines is accessible via bike. Played golf at the RTJ course at Palmetto Dunes - great course and less than half the price of the Ocean course at Sea Pines (where the RBC Heritage Open is played). We took a day trip to Savannah (45 minutes away) and did a trolley tour there and walked around a bit. A couple of meals in the condo, and nights out at Old Oyster Factory (great food, maybe a bit pricy) and Coconutz (on-site sports bar, cheap beer and good pub food). Check-out process was easy as well. Great villa for couples of any age, even with one or two kids - bunk beds would be great for younger kids. Pretty quiet around the resort, so not a party scene at all. For the nightly rate that is currently published and lack of cleaning fee (for 4+ night stay), this may be one of the best deals on the island. Would give 4 stars for the actual villa/resort but the great value takes it to 5 stars."
