"This home has a breath taking ocean view. It's definately one of the best views of all of the HH Beach and Tennis Resort properties. It's close enough to the ocean that you can hear the sound of the waves as you drink your coffee in the morning. It's the same layout as tge majority of the other one bedroom condos on the resort. The condo is I great shape and is decorated very nicely. We had fiends staying in other condos in building A and this was by far the best of all of them. We'll be renting from you again the next time we visit Hilton Head!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is near the stairs, elevator (we only used it to get our beach cart to and from the beach) and laundry room (we did not use). The balcony is great...very wide and we ate on it most mornings...it made the unit seem much bigger. Most of the things in the condo were not new or top end, but worked perfectly. The A/C kept the unit cool and they have great blinds that could open all the way to let tons of light in, but could also close and keep light and sound out. There were beach chairs provided as well.
The location was great. The third floor allowed you to see the ocean from the far end of the balcony and there was almost always a nice breeze. You could walk to the beach in about two minutes, as the unit is toward the front of Building B in Admiral's Row. The beach is great..we loved our time on it...exactly why you go to HHI to begin with...but a little crowded as you head closer to the pool and main buildings of the resort. The only down side to the building/beach access was that there are only ramps on one side, so I would head down one way (I had the beach cart) and my family would go the other...not a biggie, but this also made the walk back from the big pool 'difficult' since I had to take the beach and they would just cut through the parking lots and buildings.
The pools - the small pool closest to AR is nice but we only used it once because the large pool was great for the girls. Early in the morning the small pool was empty, but by midday the pool was pretty crowded and since this is a small pool....did not seem so much fun. The large pool (which we would head to after spending a few hours on the beach) was great for my girls (3 and 5 yr old). About 80% of it is just 3 ft deep and they loved it. My wife and I did too...it was big enough to handle the crowds that are generated by a resort. You definitely feel like you are on a moderately priced resort, but we could always find at least 1 lounge chair to put our stuff so it was good.
The only issue we had was on our first day the unit was not cleaned properly. We contacted the cleaning company and they sent someone out, but it was only OK after she left. Bob did what he could and told us that he is looking into another cleaning company. Bob was great to deal with as he emailed us very quickly to make sure everything was OK, but is was just a bummer to have to deal with this after our long drive.
We would absolutely stay here again."
