  • Immaculate condo, lovely view

"The condo was exactly as presented in the description and pictures, in great shape, and absolutely immaculate. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony, watching the beach at sunrise - so beautiful. The pool (and the kiddie pool) were very clean, and the pool furniture in perfect condition. The owners are easy to contact and responsive. We hope to return next year to stay here, and may rent #240 as well. If you like what you see online, you will not be disappointed!"

  • Great location in North Forest Beach - just a few steps to the beach

"We cannot tell you how perfect this home was for our visit. The beach was just a few steps away and the home was very clean and comfortable. The recent updates to the house made it feel very much like home. I would highly recommend this home!"

  • Excellent Condo!

"The views and the convenience of this condo are unmatched. Very easy access to the pool and the beach. Being an end unit you can see down to the pool area from the living room and kitchen, making it easy to keep an eye on kids as they play. The sunrises over the ocean were awesome, and it was neat to see Tybee Island from the balcony. One thing to mention though is there is no oven. There is a toaster oven, but had we known there was no oven we'd have not planned oven meals! We made it work though. There is a crock pot available, and the toaster oven worked fine... we even managed to make a loaf of bread in it! The kids (4 and 6) enjoyed the hall bunk beds. We bought some pool noodles and put them in the fitted sheet to ensure they didn't roll out of bed. One thing he doesn't mention in the description is that there are two of the nice Rio WearEver beach chairs provided. These are the heavy duty backpack low beach chairs, and we loaded everything (towels, snacks, toys, etc.) in them and packed a cooler. We used these everyday, and it kept us from having to bring bags down to the beach and made getting to and from much easier with the kids in tow. We did have a minor A/C issue - there was a condensation dripping into the hall from the return. When we notified the owner he had someone come out and look into it immediately and they resolved the problem. The owner was very responsive and addressed it quickly, which we really appreciated! My wife and I agree that this was the best Hilton Head trip we've taken, and a large part of it was the convenience this condo provided. This is a very affordable option for the location and the amenities. I would recommend this condo to friends."

  • Highly Recommend This Home!

"We just returned from a great week at this home. From the moment we pulled in the drive, we knew this house with it's super, close-to-beach location would be hard to beat. The home is well-maintained and adequately stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool was well-maintained and a perfect retreat from the heat on a couple of days and perfect for an after dinner swim. Home is across the street from the bike path that will lead you to any part of the island you might want to see. The owners fantastic to work with and I cannot wait to return. Thanks again!"
