"We loved this house which is the reason we booked it for a 2nd trip. However, the pool and sauna were dirty and we never got to swim in it even though we paid the $300 pool heating fee. Is there a way we can be refunded the $300. Otherwise the stay was excellent as always! We look forward to returning."

"There were 13 in our family that stayed at this beautiful house to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday. Everyone was so comfortable here in this house with so many places to gather and be together and perfect for the person who needs to sneak away to be alone! It was the most wonderful vacation home you could imagine. It's spacious, decorated beautifully, equipped with everything you could think of to make your stay perfect. Large screen TV in family room and TV's in every bedroom. The most wonderful game room with a pool table, surround sound, and a spacious area to gather. The pool sits on a picteresqu waterway perfect for laying out during the day and a late afternoon cocktail. There are 2 outdoor areas, one off main living and one off the game room to sit and relax. The owner of the house was absolutely awesome to work with and answered every question I had, making the rental process super easy and efficient. The location in Palmetto Dunes could not be better.... a 5 minute walk to beach access, fabulous rental area for bikes, canoes, etc., and so central on the island for great restaurants, putt putt, shopping or whatever. No need to stay anywhere else on Hilton Head Island! Stop looking and book this place today!"

"We rented 5 Junket for a get together of our extended family of 13 people. The house worked beautifully; there was plenty of shared space for everyone to be together, and private bedroom/bath suites when people needed to retreat for quiet time. The very large, well equipped kitchen and open floor plan also allowed everyone to congregate and socialize during meal preparation without interfering with the cooking.
Since half of our group was teens or twenty-somethings, high speed internet was essential, and the wireless internet at this house supported the high level of traffic our group generated with no issues. We also selected this house partly due to the elevator, so that the eldest member of our party wouldn't have to climb stairs. While the elevator worked perfectly, it is worth noting that the elevator only provides access to one "wing" of the split second floor bedroom level. The side with a king bed bedroom and a 2 twin bed bedroom is accessible from the elevator. The side with a king bed bedroom and a queen bed bedroom is not accessible from the elevator.
Our rental was in winter, but the weather was relatively mild, and our entire family enjoyed the generous deck space, the heated hot tub, and the very short walk to the beach the house provides. All in all we had a wonderful time during our stay at 5 Junket, and would stay there again without hesitation!"

"My wife and I have been to Hilton Head many times and usually meet my parents there and stay for a couple of days. We have always either stayed at a hotel or rented a condo on the beach. However this time we wanted to try something different, stay for a full 7 days, and found this house on VRBO. We had one of our best vacations ever and this house was a big reason for that. It's located in a quiet gated section of Palmetto Dunes on the 13th tee of the Robert Trent Jones Golf course, about a 5 to 7 minute easy walk to the beach. The house is roomy, has comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms as well as upscale furnishings including a beautiful formal dining room. What I loved most though was the views of the golf course and lagoon from almost every room in the house! If you enjoy watching golf this house provides a perfect setting to watch players hit their tee shots over water. There is a cement bench in the backyard that provides a perfect view of the tee box. We enjoyed the view of the lagoon from inside and outside by way of a large deck accessible through the kitchen, great room, and one of the bedrooms. The trees and vegetation around the house provide a beautiful and peaceful setting and we saw numerous birds and many fish jumping in the lagoon. Now that we have been spoiled with the ease of parking, tremendous amount of space, and beautiful setting of this house it will be hard to return to a condo. We are already planning our next Hilton Head vacation and will book this same house again if available."
