"Spent a week with family over Thanksgiving at this lovely condo. As described and pictured. We rode bikes along the miles of Palmetto Dunes bike paths, fished in the lagoon, and explored the beach and Shelter Cove. Had a wonderful time and made some amazing memories. Hope to visit Hilton Head again soon!"

"Beautiful area. Easy walk to the beach. I wished there was a child gate to use at the staircase. Pool was nice and right around the corner. Bring bug spray if you are planning an evening walk or outing. Mosquitoes are pretty rough. Do not leave anything on the porch, as our 50lb beach canopy was stolen on our last day there, but, we will be back. Palmetto dunes is the best resort."

"Our family (parents + two boys aged 5.5 and 8) had a great time at Deb's home last week. The home is well furnished and cozy. While we stayed in the downstairs Master Bedroom which is super-comfortable, the kids had their own privacy and bathroom upstairs. The Master's Bath is great for showering off after the pool and bicycling and we really didn't even bother to drag any suitcases upstairs since my boys regularly showered or took baths downstairs.
The location of the house was nice - on a great, central part of the beach (but not on the beach) but to bicycle to Coligny we really had to get on the beach, otherwise we'd have to bike ALL THE WAY OUT of Palmetto Dunes resort which was too much for my little boys. The house is at the end of the street (Ocean Lane) but behind the beach resorts which means that there wasn't much traffic at all when my kids were practicing on their bikes. Supermarkets are very convenient.
The kitchen is great, well-stocked and in good condition - I didn't have any issues, but bring/ buy cellophane wrap so you can transform any of the bowls into food storage. We used the washer/ dryer a lot so that we could avoid having to bring so many changes of clothing, which worked out great. The pool is super-convenient - right outside the backdoor - and is pretty big and comfy for a lot of guests. We spent a lot of mornings and late afternoons in the pool since there are a lot of trees back there... and hence a lot of shade to avoid getting too sunburned. My kids favorite activities were: Pooltime! We bought pool noodles at the General store for $4 each, bicycling to the General Store for some ice cream (this was my little boy's favorite activity), and a little bit of beach time. We're not big beach people, but my boys loved jumping over the ankle height waves! I enjoyed bicycling on the beach, although Coligny Circle was way further than we thought it would be. Pedal's is great for renting bikes. Really easy to work with, and were very flexible when we wanted to switch one of the bikes to one with a hitch.
NOTES: we didn't realize that SeaPines is a private resort, and we had to pay $6 just to visit the area - which includes Harbour Town and South Beach. Unfortunately the Tuesday fireworks at Shelter Cove were cancelled because of a pending storm (which never came). We did the Dolphin Eco tour with Captain Gio who was great!
Totally recommend and looking forward to returning to this house!"

"Second visit to your villa and we loved it again. Always nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom for our family. We finally kayaked on the lagoon and everyone had so much fun! Plenty of beach time as always and we tried some new restaurants as well. We'll be back again next year, can't wait to see your latest renovations! Thanks so much for sharing your beach home with us."
