"Our family has been vacationing in Palmetto Dunes homes for the last 15 years, and this beautiful home at 14 Port Tack is by far the best one yet. This home was perfect for all of us: grandparents, 3 adult kids, and 2 toddlers. It is set on the scenic 13th hole of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course with gorgeous views of the lagoon, yet only a five minute walk to the beach. The house is not only decorated tastefully, it is clean and well-equipped. The appliances are high-end, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Our family had waffles every morning thanks to the professional grade waffle maker that was provided. There is no need to go out for breakfast. As comfortable as the house was, the outdoors was always calling. We often grilled out for lunch and ate on the deck table and watched the golfers go by. The deck was pristine ( the owners were there power washing it when we arrived), and the pool was large and full of sunshine. Three large umbrellas are supplied for those in need of some shade. And then there was that hot tub, with the flat screen TV. That's a first for us on our vacation!
We also thoroughly enjoyed the bikes, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and wagon that were supplied and kept in the garage. They came in handy to haul the toddler grandkids back and forth to the beach.
All of the extra provisions made for a wonderful week in this beautiful home. We felt a little spoiled here, and are already making plans to return here same time next year.
Thanks Ron and Karen for a wonderful week and all the attention you give to your renters, especially for mailing my husband's lost beach shoe back to him! We appreciate your kindness!"

"We spent the week at this house in August with our daughters, son-in-laws, grandchildren, and my son-in-laws' parents. It was a great vacation. It was very nice to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The main living area was great for our family. We could all be together talking wherever we were in the room. There was plenty of room for the children to play. The area had several tables, which you could be somewhat separate if you had to do some work or check your emails. We ate breakfast and lunch at the house and fixed a couple of dinners there. The fresh seafood is great. It was so nice to have enough dishes for everyone. The beach was a nice walk. The family went to the beach at least once a day. The back deck was a lovely place to sit. The house was very clean and the owner was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house and hope we will be able to return in the future."

"We enjoyed our stay. Home was comfortable and clean. Very nice pool that was popular with every member of our family. Distance to the beach is about 1/2 mile which was a good exercise routine. We had bikes for the younger members of our family to get back and forth. One clarification we suggest in your property description is the reference to a "Loft". We were expecting a small fourth sleeping area for two of the children. Not a major problem but ought to be clarified. We had a great week and would recommend this house to others."

"This was the first vacation that we have taken in 8 years that didn't center around sports. We took 9 college boys and my two parents to help cook! This was the perfect house. The house was beautiful but very comfortable. There were two master suites on the main floor for the adults. All the boys were upstairs. There was plenty of kitchen space to feed 9 hungry boys. The 2 refrigerators were awesome. The sitting areas were large and spread out for large, basketball players. There was so much to do at the house for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great. The pool had a basketball goal which got a lot of use. There was plenty of seating around the pool area. The guys could fish off the dock or use the kayaks to tool around the canal. They were on their bikes all day long. It was a quick ride to the beach or down to the little corner store. This was our first time at Palmetto Dunes and loved the area. It was the best vacation and the perfect house. All 13 people agree!!!!"
