  • Perfect condo for us

"While I know that this condo is really a great fit for families with small children, it was also great for us and we were traveling with two teenagers. The onsite amenities gave them enough to do when they weren't at Coligny Beach, and enough space for all of us to hang out for meals and in the evenings. We have rented a few times via VRBO, and hands down, Vanessa has been the BEST owner we've ever rented from. She really did everything she could to ensure our stay was perfect. One note from us - we loved the fact that there was a private beach at the property. We spent a lot of time shelling and walking around, and hanging out there. What we also liked it that it was very different than the public beaches - our teenagers preferred to go there during the day - but we were able to see the oyster beds at low tide and the dozens of little crabs running around and that was a very cool, "nature" experience for us. We encountered a number of large, horseshoe crabs one morning, which was really unexpected. Every time we went to the beach, it provided a new experience. Additionally, we kind of geeked out by the history of this particular area (there is a small civil war earthen fort ruin down the road)."

  • Wonderful condo in a great location!

"My husband and I had a wonderful time at your condo. The new kitchen is very nice! We enjoyed using the tennis courts and golf course. Even though there is a shuttle to take the guests to the Westin, my husband chose to walk the peaceful short distance to his conference. While we were at the condo, the locks were changed from a key lock to a keyless push button lock. What a welcome change! We loved not bringing a key every time we went out! We would love to come back again for another visit!"

  • Great condo! Great owner!

"We really enjoyed our time here this past weekend! It was a very quiet and laid back location. The kids really enjoyed the beach and loved finding crabs and all sorts of creatures there. We also visited the pools and the gardens/pond on site, which were all lovely and well kept. The condo was a great location and the owners were wonderful to work with! It really felt like a home away from home as it contained lots of little details and helpful things that we forgot. (ie: bandaids, advil, aloe, etc.) In addition, the kitchen was well equipped, which made it so easy for us to grocery shop and cook there for our family to save money. We really enjoyed ourselves overall, and we will be sure to stay here again next time we visit HHI."

  • Super great condo getaway!

"We had a wonderful time! It was our first time staying in Hilton Head and had no problem getting around in the area. The resort's security where the condo is housed were very helpful and friendly. The beach was maybe a 5 minute walk from the front door of the condo. It's definitely not your typical beach though. It's not your lay out in the sun type of we would just walk that beach sometimes. For the lay out in the sun type of beach we travelled to Coligny and Folly Field beaches a couple times during our stay which were both short drives. We preferred Folly Field since we could park a lot closer to the beach and it also wasn't as crowded as Coligny. We actually laid out in the sun by the pool for a few was only a 2-3 minute walk from the condo door. Barbera was super helpful and very communicative as soon as we arrived. She gave us some helpful info and tips. No real downsides to the place as we we're very happy with the rental."
