  • Great stay

"My August stay at the Spa was wonderful. The unit is a 3rd floor walk-up, but that is the only negative and is will made up for by the cleanliness, location, and most of all the price. I will definetly stay at this unit again, and I would recommend it to anyone look for a place to stay."

  • Super great condo getaway!

"We had a wonderful time! It was our first time staying in Hilton Head and had no problem getting around in the area. The resort's security where the condo is housed were very helpful and friendly. The beach was maybe a 5 minute walk from the front door of the condo. It's definitely not your typical beach though. It's not your lay out in the sun type of we would just walk that beach sometimes. For the lay out in the sun type of beach we travelled to Coligny and Folly Field beaches a couple times during our stay which were both short drives. We preferred Folly Field since we could park a lot closer to the beach and it also wasn't as crowded as Coligny. We actually laid out in the sun by the pool for a few was only a 2-3 minute walk from the condo door. Barbera was super helpful and very communicative as soon as we arrived. She gave us some helpful info and tips. No real downsides to the place as we we're very happy with the rental."

  • Excellent central location in quiet area of the island

"My mother and I rent a home on Hilton Head Island every summer, typically after Labor Day. This allows us to enjoy all of activities and restaurants without the large crowds seen in the summers there. We had rented a home through VRBO last year in a different plantation and loved it. Unfortunately, that house was not available this year, so we searched for something similar - in a quiet part of the island, yet centrally located to easily enjoy the beach. We happened upon the description for this home and decided it was perfect for what we were searching for. First of all, the photos of this house do not do it justice! The interior is open and airy and beautifully decorated. We only used the two larger beds in the house because it was just the two of us and they were very comfortable. It was also nice to have our own bathrooms. The stove and bbq provided work well. What is awesome about this location is they provided a gold cart for our use! With the awesome Islanders Beach close by, we could pile everything up onto the cart and tool on over to the beach anytime we wanted! They also provide everything you need for the beach - ice chest, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc! Also, this house is on a golf course, so if you are so inclined, golf the day away. Alan was very kind and was easily available for questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quieter, central location, near golfing and an awesome quieter beach. I look forward to renting this property again next year!"
