"For starters, the Spa on Port Royal Sound is absolutely lovely and a wonderful place to have fun and relax. The indoor pool was perfect for days it was too cool to be outside. On warm days, the beach was very nice. I saw a couple of bald eagles on our beach 2 days in a row in addition to dozens of other wildlife! Having trees right up to the beach made for such a different beach experience for our entire family. This particular villa was a fantastic size for the 4 of us, with plenty of room for more. We had a great view of the center pond as well as the beach from our screened-in porch. Breakfast out on the porch was perfect-no bugs and there was a delightful sound from the water feature in the pond. Inside this villa, there are many amenities you do not normally see: linens were included, washer and dryer are included, beach towels are available in case yours aren't readily available. The place was spotless. Decor was relaxing and tasteful. Additionally, the information provided with this villa about things to do and places to eat was very helpful. We loved the Crazy Crab place for dinner. Also, the variety of shops and eating places in the Main Street plaza was good for us. What else can be said? This will be the first place I ask about whenever we go back on vacation! Thank you for being so thoughtful and organized in your preparation of this villa!"Guest: PaigeT Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 7, 2014View listing
"Our stay at Ocean Palms was wonderful; due to the fact that the condo was immaculate, proximity to the Westin, venue for the wedding, was convenient, and the overall set up of the condo fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked for those of us that don't mind staying in for some meals. The location of the condo also makes it easy to go out to any of the restaurants on the island or a short trip into Bluffton. Don't let the photos fool you, the size of the condo is much larger then shown. Plenty of space for two generations to have elbow room during the week, with the screened in porch giving access to enjoying the outdoors with a view of the pool. Speaking of pools, it is an easy two minute walk to access the condos' quiet pool. For more action, the Westin pools are available. Being beach people we used the shuttle service, within minutes the service picked us up at the condo door for a five minute ride to the beach---yes, you can take all of your beach stuff on the shuttle! We also took our bikes, bike racks are located right outside the condo by parking, unload the bikes next to our car and we were set for the week. Becky is a dream to work with, she answered my many questions, plus gave me more information that was very useful during our stay!"Guest: Cindy P. "Our stay was to say the least "fabulous"! Crown Reef complex is the place to stay while in HH. We could walk to the beach in a few minutes. All of the resturants were close by. Our unit had all of the comforts of home. We will be back! Thanks for letting us share your place in paradise! PS. You have to have lunch/dinner at Skull Creek Boat House, located just before you cross the bridge to the mainland. The Hilton Head Diner is another place you will want to try for a wonderful breakfast! It is close to the Crown Reef area. Also would recommend for a real treat is to rent bikes to tour the Island. We used Is. Cruiser Bikes, they delivered the bikes to our unit and were very reasonable! We could go on and on and on!"Guest: Richard F. "I rented the 3 bedroom Villa for a long weekend girls getaway, and it was wonderful. The villa was so very clean and that was very important! We loved taking the shuttle to the Westin and using the wonderful pool and beach area there. We will absolutely rent this villa in the future!"Guest: Emily K.
