"We had found the condo delightful . It was so peaceful and relaxing being there. The weather was grand, the beach was also quiet and peaceful. It was clean , neat , an all possible need items were at your fingertips. Very secluded an noise free . Everything that was needed as far as shopping , site seeing and historical things was very close nearby. The beach area was also very nice to just sit and relax. We had a wonderful time, and do recommend it to everyone to see the sites of the island. Super clean and very enjoyable time. Thank You Again an we hated to have to leave."Guest: Carseeker Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 2, 2014View listing
"The condo was nicely decorated and clean and perfect for our stay! The owners were wonderful when we pleaded for an extra night's stay! The only reason I did not rate the stay "excellent" had NOTHING to do with the condo; it was because of the cats - they were everywhere. There is a sign that they are for rodent control; however, we passed several piles of cat poop that were on the walkway and not cleaned up promptly. I understand it is not the owner's fault; but I believe they should complain to the people maintaining the property."Guest: Tamra L. "My family of 6 had a great week at this Ocean Palms unit. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the villa and it was stocked with everything we needed for cooking in. Location was great, we walked to the beach bc it was only a 5 min. walk. Westin amenities were great and everything that we needed was taken care of quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and Ocean Palms pool was right out of our back door. Loved it !!!!!"Guest: Hilton Head First Timers Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 6, 2014View listing
"My mother and I rent a home on Hilton Head Island every summer, typically after Labor Day. This allows us to enjoy all of activities and restaurants without the large crowds seen in the summers there. We had rented a home through VRBO last year in a different plantation and loved it. Unfortunately, that house was not available this year, so we searched for something similar - in a quiet part of the island, yet centrally located to easily enjoy the beach. We happened upon the description for this home and decided it was perfect for what we were searching for. First of all, the photos of this house do not do it justice! The interior is open and airy and beautifully decorated. We only used the two larger beds in the house because it was just the two of us and they were very comfortable. It was also nice to have our own bathrooms. The stove and bbq provided work well. What is awesome about this location is they provided a gold cart for our use! With the awesome Islanders Beach close by, we could pile everything up onto the cart and tool on over to the beach anytime we wanted! They also provide everything you need for the beach - ice chest, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc! Also, this house is on a golf course, so if you are so inclined, golf the day away. Alan was very kind and was easily available for questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quieter, central location, near golfing and an awesome quieter beach. I look forward to renting this property again next year!"Guest: Andrea P. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 3, 2014View listing
