  • Perfect Family Vacation

"This villa provided us the perfect spot for our family vacation. The villa is very clean and well maintained, stocked well with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas. It is adorably decorated and very comfortable. The deck is nice and provides a great place to relax and watch the alligators in the lagoon. The kids loved it! The owners were great to work with! We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for close to 30 years, since we were children, so we have stayed in lots of different places, and this villa is at the top of the list! We will be back...hopefully soon!"

  • Great place to get away from frigid February weather in the Mid-Atlantic states

"We recently spent four weeks at Mitch and Brenda's villa. It is a great location, a short walk to Harbour Town for shopping and restaurants. The villa is very clean and well equipped from linens, towels, starter paper goods, dish washing supplies to pots, pans, coffee maker etc. It had everything we needed for a four week stay, is beautifully furnished, close to the bike trail, comfortable king size bed. We definitely recommend this villa."

  • Good location. Good value.

"Having never stayed in Hilton Head before, I was nervous about picking any place on the island. With a friend's help, I settled on staying in Harbour Town and this location. My family (17g, 15b, 10g) and I stayed comfortably. The owner was helpful. The place was clean. While kids can't "run away and hide", with a balcony and two rooms with doors, it was just enough. The location is great. Get bikes. Surprisingly, no listings advertise the fact that bikes get delivered and picked up by most companies. Compared to Tybee, St Simons and many of the other east coast barrier islands, this is a HUGE deal, especially for families with kids. Not to mention, HHI bike rentals are beyond reasonable. Typical other island: $25-30 PER DAY. HHI: $25-30 per WEEK. Why is this important? With a location like this, you can park and never touch a car for a day or two. Just ride to beach and Coligny, and grocery, etc. And all the events in Harbour Town? Walk. No traffic (see lessons learned). Where else can you walk? Great restaurants Nice cafe Tennis courts Pool The Harbour The Lighthouse and the 18th green of the Harbour Town Links The kitchen is stocked and everything worked just fine. It really was a week of hassle-free accommodations and that's what you want as a parent on a week-long vacation. Young kids? Great! Three ice cream places, the lighthouse, a toy store and a massive playground are all in walking distance. Book now. I would. I would stay here again, in a heartbeat. Lessons learned: Lack of washer and dryer. $2 wash, $1.50 dry can stack up. One room, on bottom floor Don't stay here assuming many washes. Gregg Russell concerts are 6 times a week. Your condo parking lot is a primary parking lot for all the families and their minivans. Do not leave at 3pm expecting to come back between 6-9. You will sit in traffic and wait to park. Get on your bikes and ride! Speaking of riding, know what else is close? The Sea Pines trolley. If you have teenagers, it's a wonderful back up to bikes for getting around Sea Pines. I was able to give my teens freedom while knowing where they could be and all because of the location of this condo. Asks? I'd like more information in the listing and in the condo about what things we can access because of Sea Pines. The Beach Club was a nice treat with its facilities and activities, but I only knew that after I visited. There's a nearby pool but no information on how to use it (there's a weekly pass)."

  • The Quintessential Vacation Home

"This is our second time that we have stayed in this beautiful home. It is literally minutes from the beach and is convenient to South Beach Marina and Harbour Town. The owners are very accommodating and make it a point to make sure that everything is 100% to your satisfaction. As always, it will be hard for us to leave at the end of our two week stay but will look forward to coming back. Thanks Gene and Ann for sharing your beautiful home!"
