"We really enjoyed our vacation at Paradise Found. The condo is spacious with a roomy master and updated bath. The condo kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook.
You can take the trolley or bike to the beach easily. Sea Pines Beach club has an outdoor restaurant and entertainment. Just a short drive to lots of great restaurants. If you want to golf or shop there are lots of great options. Hope to come back here soon!"

"This is an absolutely outstanding rental for couples without children in tow! I was extremely impressed with the size, location, and condition of the unit.
There is a beautiful floor-to-ceiling window in the bedroom that overlooks the harbor, and the bedroom itself is HUGE. I was worried about space before we arrived, but it's easily as big as a 1 1/2 car garage. The living space can hold eight people easily for taking a break from the sun during the day. And the balcony is wonderful - spent each morning and each night on it just watching the boats, the crowds, and of course listening to Greg Russell. By the last night Greg was a little repetitive, but he grows on you :)
The bathroom, like the bedroom, is pretty large for a one bedroom unit. It's very nice with a hard tile floor with a stamped pattern that keeps slips to a minimum. For anyone who might be concerned - the toilet is also very large. It didn't matter much to me but if you're over six feet tall or a little heavy, you won't have any problems with the bathroom. The hot water was plentiful and adjusted just right.
I read the review about the kitchen being small, but like everything else it's pretty sizable for a one bedroom unit. The counters are great, the welcome kit includes dishwashing detergent, dish towels and dish soap, and I made deluxe scrambled eggs on the stove every day I was there without any problem whatsoever. The refrigerator is also very large - it held a week's worth of groceries and 30 small bottles of water without any issue. The dishwasher worked well and was very quiet.
Above and beyond everything else the condo has going for it, the location is the best. Hilton Head is very spread out but there are numerous shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of this unit. The Harbour Town complex is literally 100 feet from the elevator. Elderly guests would not have a problem walking around, although I'm not sure the elevator is big enough for a wheelchair.
I'd like to finish up with two random compliments: the A/C was outstanding and the ironing board was repeatedly complimented as the nicest anyone had seen in 10 years at HH.
Thank you to the owners and the Sea Pines management people, it was a great, easy week, which is what vacation should be."

"I live in Sea Pines and I rented this villa for my family. This is a spacious well cared for villa close to Harbor Town. Don , the owner was helpful and available if needed. My family enjoyed their stay and I will definitely rent again."

"This was a great condo for our family. It has to be one of the bigger two bedroom condos on the island. (We have stayed in many different condos on the island and this one was the most spacious..) The condo was exactly as advertised and the owner was easy to deal with. The back deck was nice to have dinner on and we saw alligators, herons, osprey, turtles and other creatures every day. Quick 2 min walk/bike to harbour town which was great for our kids. Beach is 1 mile away, but we love riding bikes so it was no big deal for us. Trolley would take you there if that's an issue. Sea pines beach club is a very nice addition..."
