"Very nice property. Clean and very well equipped in terms of dishes, pots, pans, accessories, laundry, beach items, etc. Location is great. Close to beach, although it's a bit of a walk (~100 yds), which can be much if you've got significant beach gear (e.g. a large canopy) to lug to the beach.
During our stay, we lost all phone, TV, and Internet service due to a local (i.e. backyard) lightning strike. Although Time Warner was non-responsive (a fix was about a week away, which was after our departure), the people at the Vacation Co. were very customer focused and responsive. Our thanks to Ben for doing all he did to try to get us back online. Even though it was to no avail, we appreciated the effort, as well as the company's offer to make things right.
Two suggestions for the benefit of future guests:
The small upstairs bedroom, with 2 twins, could use some extra airflow. Guests noted that it was warm a few times.
And it would be best if the WiFi router was more centrally located, e.g. in the common area. By placing it in the far corner of the downstairs bedroom, it's currently out of reach of many upstairs guests. By placing it in the downstairs common area, most, if not all, locations should have access.
Would certainly return again."
