Great place for a fantastic vacation
"This was our 6th visit to Hilton Head and this is the best unit we have stayed in. The unit is very well presented with plenty of space and all the facilities we needed. The storage area with bikes was so useful and saved having to rent, as was the beach locker with good beach chairs - we just added a parasol to it as we needed the shade on the beach. The wifi access was reliable and fast, much to the relief of the teens. Loved the walk-in shower in the master ensuite. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick and helpful."

"We really enjoyed this condo during our stay in Hilton Head. Our parking passes were ready for us at the gate, when checking in everything was clean and decorated very cute and "beachy". There is a great dining table for family dinners and a little dining area for the kids as well if you bring kids. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are spacious and there are plenty of extra towels.
Outside on the patio there are two grills for your use. We loved the outdoor seating right next to the lagoon. There were a few alligators that swam right up to the edge of the pond that we took photos of and it was kind of exciting to get to see them up close. (don't worry they never came out of the pond!)
The condo is right across the street (literally a stones throw) so it is very easy to go to the pool. The pool is close enough where if you want to walk back over to grab a drink or snack you really don't even have to pack a bag. We ordered bikes while we were there and rode them down to the beach, as well as having one car drive with the provided beach pass with all of our gear. The Shipyard beach entrance is very nice with chairs you can rent, a rinse off area for your feet, kids, or gear, and it is close to a hotel where you can go for lunch or frozen drinks if you want.
Thank you Chantal and family for a great trip!"

"We stayed in this wonderful house for one week in mid-august. We are a family of 6, the house was perfect for us: each room accommodated 2 kids and had its own full-size bathroom, which made shower time a breeze (and that is never a given with teenage children!). The master bedroom + bathroom are extremely roomy and very comfortable.
The kitchen is fantastic, we actually took all our meals in the breakfast area which is very spacious and bathed in sunlight. The kitchen has everything you may need, plus many things you don't necessarily need but that are a definite plus on vacation, such as waffle makers. Yes, in the middle of summer and with 100-degree temperatures every day, our kids clamoured for their waffle-and-syrup breakfast...
The house is extremely well located within the community, not far from the beach nor from the entrance. The community itself is very pleasant.
We keep the best for last: bikes! The owners are nice enough to let tenants use their bikes, which are in mint condition. We rode them several times a day. The island has plenty of bike trails and is very flat. We rode around the shipyard, and took a few little trips outside as well (to the Harbour town lighthouse for instance). It became a routine we all looked forward to. Early morning and early evening rides were the best at this time of year: we got to see plenty of wildlife, a lot of gators and turtles of course but also a superb bald eagle returning to its nest with a nice catch in its talons...
A perfect vacation in a perfect home. We recommend this house without a moment's hesitation."

"What a beautiful condo! Pride of ownership definitely reflects in this well appointed unit. Cleanliness and comfort is written all over it. Upon entering, the decor is beach themed with blues, grays and beige color palates. Kitchen is absolutely beautiful and stocked better than my own at home. I started to actually look for unusual kitchen accessories and the next drawer I opened, there it was! Plush carpeting in both living and bedrooms. Very comfortable king bed. Slept great. The views off the back deck were right on the golf course. We loved watching the golfers especially the bad ones who's balls rolled into the creek, lol. This condo is also pet friendly which is a huge plus. We brought our chihuahuas. They absolutely loved it. The location of Colonnade Club is within 15 mins of walking to the beach thru the bike path which also perfect for walking your pooches. I had poor cell phone service but the condo offers wifi which is great!! The only thing I would add to the unit, and its not that big of a deal, is a metal spatula for the BBQ and a cordless phone. When I called family to tell them how much we loved it, the phone calls became lengthy standing in the kitchen. I was expecting a small cafe table on the back deck as pictured but there were loungers and chairs with smaller side tables, but again not a big deal. This is our new "home away from home". We will DEFINITELY return! Can't wait for next year! Thank you!"
