"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this summer. Everything was very clean (very important to us) and the bathrooms/kitchen were perfect. Only issue we had when we arrived was the coffee pot had been cracked by the previous renter, however, they had a spare one already there at the condo! We had brought our own beach stuff, but they had a large closet full of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and even a tent that was nice in the event we needed anything.
We used the grill twice and it was an above average grill for a rental, which was great. The location is good (just around the corner from Coligny/grocery store), there was ample parking, all the appliances worked well and the air conditioning kept up just fine (It was very hot all week). We didn't rent bikes but next year we probably will.
All said we would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a great vacation!"

"Condo was in a great location. Right on the beach and close to Coligny Plaza (which we love). The only down side was the major construction going on not only with the new pool, but in the lot right next to the old pool. We definitely weren't expecting that much construction and you could see the construction at the new pool from the front window. However, we definitely made the best of it and spent a lot of time at the beach. The condo was a good size for our family of 4. It was clean for the most part when we got there (other than a little sand in the tub and on the floor in the entry way). We had plenty of towels and supplies in the kitchen. The pull out couch was a plus! The owners were very responsive and pleasant. I will be anxious to see Ocean Dunes after all the construction is complete."

"What a wonderful week we had! The condo was fully equipped, perfectly located to the beach, shopping, bike paths and felt just like home. We had planned a day trip to Savannah and Charleston but once we got into the condo, it was so relaxing, and peaceful, we just didn't want to leave the island. Looking forward to going back again."

"This villa was perfect for us. My husband and I stayed here with our 11-year-old son and our 15-year old daughter. Our daughter brought along two of her friends. It was nice that the girls were able to have their own room and bathroom. Our son chose to sleep on the floor in the master bedroom, but he could have very easily have slept with us or on the fold-out couch downstairs. The amount of space the villa provided for the six of us was pleasantly comfortable. We never felt like we were cramped. The bathrooms are small, but we adjusted. The location to the beach is very close. The crosswalk is only a few steps away from the front door. The complex that this villa is located in is the closest to the main road (South Forest Beach Drive). In my opinion, it really wasn't much farther to walk than if we'd stayed at a place on the beach. We were able to park our vehicle directly in front of the front door. That made it so easy to load/unload all our luggage. There is also a bike rack behind where we parked. It was nice to be able to check on our bikes by looking out the window. We always kept them locked up, but it was still reassuring to see them. The bike trail is also right there next to the bike rack and crosswalk. The kids enjoyed the pool. I was able to watch my son from the sliding glass door. The only noise we encountered was one night when the neighbors decided to let their small kids swim at midnight even though the rules state no swimming after 10 p.m. Other than that we never heard anyone or anything. Coligny Plaza is located less than a mile away. I felt safe letting the girls ride their bikes there to shop as long as they were back before it got dark. These villas are older, but this particular one is nicely updated and very well kept. I didn't do much cooking except for breakfast one morning, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. I can't say enough about the owner, Sue. Anytime I had a question before we arrived, she answered it immediately. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone planning a visit to Hilton Head."
