"We loved the location of this unit, in walking distance to the beach. We rode bikes to eat and shop it was fantastic. They customer service from all the people involved with this rental was very fair and kind. We however did not enjoy the stairs in the unit, the kitchen was quite small and the bedrooms were hot most of the time. We were disappointed in the price range of the restaurants on the entire island. The trip as a whole was a good one, but our choice of locations for a summer trip next time may take us elsewhere."

"This villa was perfect for us. My husband and I stayed here with our 11-year-old son and our 15-year old daughter. Our daughter brought along two of her friends. It was nice that the girls were able to have their own room and bathroom. Our son chose to sleep on the floor in the master bedroom, but he could have very easily have slept with us or on the fold-out couch downstairs. The amount of space the villa provided for the six of us was pleasantly comfortable. We never felt like we were cramped. The bathrooms are small, but we adjusted. The location to the beach is very close. The crosswalk is only a few steps away from the front door. The complex that this villa is located in is the closest to the main road (South Forest Beach Drive). In my opinion, it really wasn't much farther to walk than if we'd stayed at a place on the beach. We were able to park our vehicle directly in front of the front door. That made it so easy to load/unload all our luggage. There is also a bike rack behind where we parked. It was nice to be able to check on our bikes by looking out the window. We always kept them locked up, but it was still reassuring to see them. The bike trail is also right there next to the bike rack and crosswalk. The kids enjoyed the pool. I was able to watch my son from the sliding glass door. The only noise we encountered was one night when the neighbors decided to let their small kids swim at midnight even though the rules state no swimming after 10 p.m. Other than that we never heard anyone or anything. Coligny Plaza is located less than a mile away. I felt safe letting the girls ride their bikes there to shop as long as they were back before it got dark. These villas are older, but this particular one is nicely updated and very well kept. I didn't do much cooking except for breakfast one morning, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. I can't say enough about the owner, Sue. Anytime I had a question before we arrived, she answered it immediately. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone planning a visit to Hilton Head."

"We had a great stay and were very comfortable in this clean, bright, well-stocked, conveniently located condo! Convenient keypad access, everything we needed, a nice deck and balcony, updated clean rooms were highlights. The pools weren't the nicest as they are sort of shaded but we still used and enjoyed them. The close walking distance to the beach and to the coligny plaza were perfect for our family. The price was great for us too. The owners were terrific to work with. We would recommend staying here!!!!"

"We had a great time renting this Condo for the week. Of all the condos that we have rented this was so close to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck off the living room. Was nice and big with a table and four chairs. We never made it to the swimming pool so can't say anything about that. The owner was nice to let us rent the place Sunday to Sunday. The place had a great lay out and the owner started us off with a lot of paper goods, soap and etc. The only thing I would say is it has a lot of steps if you have bad knees. We could park right in front of the door which was nice. Hope to be able to come back again next year."
