  • Great Place

"This place was excellent. Very clean with plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. ~5 minute walk to the beach (across a road and down a short path), very convenient. Didn't use the pool, but it was literally steps from the back porch. Short bike ride away from Coligny Plaza. The owner was great to work with as well! Highly recommended."

"Of the places I've stayed at Hilton Head, 3030 Seascape comes in first. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. The beach was really great. Just a short ride gets to shopping and restaurants. We had a great time in Harbor Town, where we did some more shopping and had our choice of a few eating places. The Seascape location provided us with a number of choices for all our activities. The owners have done a tremendous job of keeping the condo up to date, immaculate and comfortable. As far as I am concerned, there is no better place both in price and comfort at Hilton Head than 3030 Seascape. Madelyn and Jim"

  • great location

"The South Forest Beach area is our favorite part of the island to stay. Seascape Villas is in just the right spot. Close enough but not too close, if you know what I mean. Only a four or five minute walk from a fairly uncrowded section of beach. There is a small cabana for Seascape guests only, right on the beach with separate primitive but surprisingly clean restrooms to save the trip back to the condo - and an outdoor shower to knock the sand off. Coligny plaza shopping center is a 10 to 15 minute walk. But, the best way to get there or anywhere on the island is by bicycle. We generally park the cars upon arrival and only drive again if we intend to leave the island or plan to be farther away than Coligny after dark. The bicycle/pedestrian paths can get you everywhere safely away from traffic but are not lit well enough to use for cycling after dark. The villa is well equipped with most items to feel right at home. Kitchen, while slightly cramped, has everything you should need to prepare all your meals if you prefer not to go out. TVs in living room and each bedroom were adequate for down time and bad weather entertainment. The kids brought their game consoles and were easily able to hook up in the living room. But, most of our time indoors at night was spent around the ample dining room table playing various board and card games. There were eight of us altogether. Each of our three kids brought a friend. It was comfortable with eight but is more suitable for six, as the youngest and his friend had to suffer with sleeping on the pull out sofa and the lack of privacy afforded to others with separate bedrooms. And only one bathroom shared by the six was hard at times. On the other hand, my wife and I love the privacy of the master bed and bath on the top floor with it's own balcony, too. This privacy comes at the cost of an extra set of stairs, though. I believe I counted 33 stairs from the main entrance all the way to the top. Overall, we had a great family vacation in large part due to the accommodations which were clean, comfortable, convenient, and affordable. Thanks, Paul and Lori!"

  • Hilton Head Is For Everyone

"My wife and I stayed at this property for 1 week in March and it was one of the best vacations I ever had. Sandy was very good to work. First the property is right across the street from the beach as advertised. There is a bike/walk path that is directly outside the front door of the Palm unit that we rented. The only reason that we are not rating this an excellent is because we had an issue with the sheets in the master not being clean and secondly I think the couch in the living room is outdated and worn and should be replaced soon. However, the first issue was remedied immediately by following the directions found in the unit regarding any negative concerns. While we were out, the mgt company came out and changed out the sheets. The unit is spacious, clean, and has everything you need to be very comfortable away from home. Even though we traveled alone for this trip, it was evident that a larger group would be just as comfortable because of the ample space, supplies and amenities in every room of the house. The complex also offers two pools and multiple lagoons and adventures including turtle watching, swimming and other activities for indoor and outdoor enthusiasts. This vacation was special because of Sandy and all the people and beautiful environment of Hilton Head. It is great for families, love birds, pretty much people of all ages and physical condition. You could do nothing or plan endless days and evenings with adventures on the island itself or discovering nearby sites such as Savannah and other areas nearby to Hilton Head. On the days we wanted to do very little we enjoyed a day at the beach and lunch or dinner at Coligny Plaza via bikes (available at a discount for Seascape Villas from Tiger Bikes) which was perfect as well. We chose to ride our rented bikes but you can also take a short walk and enjoy the park and plaza as well. This was truly a memorable trip and a great place to stay. Not only will we stay again but will recommend to others. Along with the great accommodations, the island itself is in pristine condition and you can tell that the residents and politicians have gone to great lengths to make sure that commercial sprawl doesn't take precedence over maintaining the natural balance that HH has to offer in that area. It is head and shoulders above Myrtle Beach and other beach towns that have not maintained this focus.. Go to Hilton Head and enjoy our earth !!!"
